Link Exchange/ Affiliation Rules

1. No site with popups. They're incredibly annoying.
2. No sites with sub-par graphics.
3. I would prefer it if your site wasn't centered around anime, but they're accepted.
4. Must have a 88x31 button I can link back to you with.
5. Must link back back to me! [duh]
6. I'd appreciate it if you kept in contact. Just drop a note in the cbox every one in a while.
