Amicus curiae or amicus curiæ (plural amici curiae) is a legal Latin phrase, literally translated as "friend of the court", that refers to someone, not a party to a case, who volunteers to offer information on a point of law or some other aspect of the case to assist the court in deciding a matter before it. .Founder’s Statement: While I have done much research and investigating
into the world of foster care and orphanages, I have found some very
disheartening facts associated with the care and safety of the children so often
carelessly and recklessly placed, thrown into or stolen in our nation’s foster
care system.
Since some of this research and investigating has come about
recently, being a legal professional since 1992, I am
appalled at the level of care given to our children as well as the level and
standard of employment associated with the social workers involved in
the care of our children.
While most women and men attacked by the scrupulous and devious
attempts of social service workers to keep “files” open in their offices
to secure their jobs and workforce disappear or tuck their tails and run, I
have made a personal and executive decision to add to the Coalition's
agenda by implementing plans of reform in our social service system in the
United States by counterattacking their schemes to destroy the natural family.
I have by experience been exposed to these tactics and schemes and must
say that while the average parent, seemingly a number of single unwed or
otherwise separated parents, doesn’t understand the attacks launched upon
them by CPS / social service workers, I my friend am not ignorant to the attacks
and recognize them in their wholeness and thus formed Free the Children Coalition.
Without going into too much detail herein,
as I have written other works that lay out the story from beginning to end, I just
want to advise any prospect supporters of the Coalition that we are not left
wing liberal or right wing political fanatics, on the contrary we are neutral in a
political form yet outspoken on what is right. Whether that makes us Republican,
Democrat or free birds… is yet to be decided… we just vote and fight for that
which is known to be right. Being a FAMILY UNIT, whether a 2 parent family or
single parent family or grandparent family, is RIGHT. And that is what we are fighting for...
And so I diligently ask for your support whether
it be financial, by in-kind services, prayer works or by your spoken words of

Social Security reform (zero tolerance to drug and alcohol addiction requirement). SSI and disability benefits will not be afforded to any individual who has a recent history (within 3 years) of drug or alcohol abuse. Prescription medication usage will be monitored and reported to SSA qualifications personnel by current treating physicians and other medical staff treating applicants.
ADA Reform / Loosening the tight reign on the system and other entities’ qualifications and definition of “disability”

Parent and Child Reunification Plan advocacy program and assignment as national mandate for advocates not assigned by the courts to be able to attend all CPS / DSS meetings, visitations between parents and children at CPS / DSS offices or any other CPS / DSS monitored visits and court hearings on behalf of the parents and children collectively as a “family unit” and to submit its report of findings also to the court as valid testimony on behalf of the parent(s) and child(ren) i.e., Family Unit.
Reunification Plan reform - “Make Them Accountable” Bill - all departments must at the written request of Parent/Child, Family advocates request submit a quarterly summary to include the child(ren) and parent(s’) names
CPS/DSS offices to supply quarterly reports to any parent, child or other family advocacy group(s) requesting same that indicate the number of case files opened for the quarter, the plan of action for family reunification, a complete chart of actions assigned and those completed by parent or family member(s)
Mandatory first choice placement with qualified family members verses entry of child(ren) into “foster care” program or placement.
