Sick of Suffering
-by D. Nentwig

Bill Zimmerman, M.D. - Author - Quote from “Is Marijuana the Right Medicine for you”? - “Keep in mind that one of the most important goals of medicine, if not the most important goal, is to relieve human suffering. When it comes to cures, Doctors are often able to make objective measurements of success.

However, when the goal is symptom control ONLY the PATIENT is able to judge accurately the effectiveness of the treatment”.

Bill Zimmerman PhD  -  “There is nothing to be ashamed of in using a medicine, legal or not, to alleviate a life-threatening or debilitating condition”.
In spite of this, politicians, police, policy makers etc. force people to be ashamed, to be fearful, to be covert, and to… (to parody the Beatles)…. ‘Hide their drugs/medicine away…..’ , as well as being classed as criminals for doing nothing more than choosing a drug of choice for medicine or recreation, just like politicians, police, policy makers etc. do on a regular basis,  albeit hiding behind the buzzword ’legal/licit’ to excuse the simple fact that they’re all taking drugs as well”.

John Stuart Mill - British Philosopher, economist and M.P. - “The only purpose for which power can be rightfully exercised over any member of a civilised community, against his will, is to prevent harm to others”.
                                                       -----------------

“The most basic right of any human is freedom”.

Anthony Hopkins portraying  John Quincy Adams in “Amistad”. - “The natural state of mankind is  - and I know
This is a controversial idea - is freedom. Is freedom!

And the proof is the length to which a man, woman or child will go to regain it once taken. He will break loose his chains. He will decimate his enemies. He will try and try and try, against all odds, against all prejudices, to get home”.

                                                           ---------------

The words legal/licit and illegal/illicit are not reasons, they are prejudices and excuses, and these prejudices and excuses when it comes to drug laws in this country (and worldwide) are wielded by Governments and vested interests (….you know who you are. Society ‘kicks field goals’ for you while eradicating your competition and excusing your crimes under that sickening buzzword ‘legal‘….) to rob people of their inalienable human rights.

A human right is not segregate, it is one that all humans strive for.

The human rights violated and robbed from us are:

1) The right to choose
 2) The right to respect
 3) The right to have personal dominion
 4) The right to be free
 5) The right to believe
 6) The right of sanctity ie the right to have your individual choices respected.
 7) The right not to be subjected to violation
 8) The right to make mistakes
 9) The right to learn from application, process and action of a particular subject matter
10) The right of culture and origin

All these inalienable human rights have been stolen from us and we all are part of the Stolen Ability Generation. Our Government has made us all disabled.

In the time of ethanol drug prohibition, there were the wets’ vs ‘the dry’s. People who chose to take the  drug ethanol vs people who chose not to…. and then decided to force the others not to, as well.  This was blatant segregation, prejudice and discrimination, but there was no hypocrisy and bigotry like there is today. Just in case anyone hasn’t realized it yet, it is not a ‘wet’ vs ‘dry’ scenario any more - we’re all getting wet. The difference being that some prefer a bath, some prefer a shower, some like swimming in a mountain stream and some like hitting the beach.

Imagine being told that you can’t have a bath, only a shower.  Imagine being denied your rights to swim in a mountain stream while being forced to swim in a chemicalized, chlorinated pool. You’d like your choice and not just to be told what your choices can and can’t be.

IN (A) TOXIC (N) ATION.”       (Poem by David Nentwig - copyright 2004)

Terminate, obliterate,
It’s not your choice, we decide your fate!

Eradication, degradation,
It’s so hard to be free in-(a)-toxic-(N)-ation.

Some beliefs…yes, some beliefs…no,
To me, this is just a political show.

A show of bias, condemnation and greed,
To masque the fact that truly vile things are allowed to succeed.

Take ethanol, for instance, in spirits, wine and beer,
This drug killed 4,300 last year. (2003)
Now considering there’s only 365 days in a year,
That’s 11.7 corpses a day, every day, every single year.

Now this is only death, and dead men tell no tales,
And who really cares about the sick, abused and dying,
As long as it doesn’t affect ‘their’ legal drug sales.

Then we have Prescription drugs, OTC’s and pills
That get advocated and legalised,
No matter how many people they kill.
                                                      -------------------

The greatest issue that faces our society today is the legal drug abuse industry.

………Isn’t it about time our Government started respecting and dealing with the issues, instead of just ‘dealing’ the issues, as they see fit!  What is an issue? Something that pours forth, that continues and will not go away until dealt with correctly.

It causes 97% of the drug deaths, hundreds of thousands of hospitalisations, hundreds of thousands of marriage break-ups, 45% of reported child abuse, 74% of domestic violence, and most of this is attributed to society’s advocated recreational drugs – ethanol and nicotine - and the Pharmaceutical flood of drugs.

The question is: What is being done about it? Certainly nowhere near the extent of the B.S. (Budget Spending) or T.S. (Time spending) that is wasted in an uncivil, no tolerance war being waged against only illicit drug dealers and users.  For everyone else, it’s “Stay true”, “Pass it on”, “What mates do”, “My choice”, “My shout!”, “Intelligent Nightlife”, “Friend to society” and the list goes on.

Why doesn’t this war get waged at ‘Schoolies’ week’, with thousands of licit drug dealers dealing illegally to kids and dealing amounts of substances that (in the criteria of harm) should be classed as highly ‘illegal‘, as they cause brain damage, coma and death. Cheers!

Just in case people haven't realized by now, a 'schoolie' is a 'toolie' in training. But, none of these legal drug abusers are even close to being as dangerous as the 'Foolies' who fool kids and adults into believing that their recreational, psychoactive drug taking use, abuse and addiction is only a 'drink' and not the drug that it is.

These 'Foolies' include Police, Media, Government, Drug dealers, traffickers, pushers, advocates, lords and cartels who create drug abuse fests like 'Schoolies' and like drug sponsored sport competitions, and drug sponsored, drug fuelled, charity and family events...while fooling everyone into eradicating their toxic drug's competition and competitive culture for them.

To 'fool' someone is to 'deceive' someone and the advertisement/ pushing industry have spent years perfecting deception on others, especially the younger supposed 'naive' generation, who we tell, "Say no to drugs - drink instead. It's all good mate". "Drug dealers are bad, stand with your licencees like your police and your Government does and take a stand against 'OUR' competition".

THE PATRIOT         (poem by D. Nentwig - copyright 2004)

I am a Cannabis user
And I am worth my salt,
I am not a dickhead or loser,
So how dare you find me at fault.

I am a medical cannabis user
And a proud Australian as well.
So why do you assume to tell me
Where my beliefs can and cannot dwell?

As far as I am concerned,
I’m a true blue Australian son,
I stand up for what I believe in,
From now until Kingdom come.

I respect this country,
This great land of ours,
But I have no respect
For any abuse of laws and powers.

I have no respect for discrimination,
Slander, neglect and oppression
Being deemed the way to go
At our Parliamentary sessions.
(…No Tolerance policies against illicits only).

I have no respect for an unjust law
That forces cannabis users to live in fear,
Yet at the same time advocates ethanol abuse
In Spirits, Wine and Beer. (4,000+ dead last year).

The problem with our society today,
Is that we don’t respect what we use.
Some things just aren’t tolerated,
While others get freely abused.

This is the problem in Australia.
With no balance at all being shown
To make it fair, and to make society aware,
That upon the scrap heap we have been thrown.

An affluent society vs an effluent society,
With the rest of us treated like shit,
Looked down upon, criminalized, called Dickheads and Losers
Just for (in my case, anyway) controlling cataplectic fits.

Well to those who use drugs as their favourite recreation.
Whether licit or illicit, remember MODERATION.
Or all things on this earth are here to be used and respected,
Instead of just treating them like rubbish - abused and rejected.
The Choice is Yours – ‘Shibby” right mate!

                        I am not a criminal
                        I am not invisible
                        I am but a PATRIOT
                        Of this Great South Land.

A patriot stands up for their country, their people, and what their country believes in. This country believes in the ‘FAIR GO’ for all, and as a true Patriot I stand for this and the rights of those who have been denied this in favour of supremacy and revenue.

No matter how many legal side effects are unleashed upon mankind,
We still outlaw a natural herb that stops some people from going blind.
No matter how many Australians are suffering in pain,
Government policies and racial attitudes put Australia to shame.
                                               --------------------

Cliff Village, a tiny suburb of Joplin, has become the second Missouri city to legalize marijuana for medical use. Residents can pack their pipes with impunity, so long as their pot comes with a doctor's prescription.

"I'd like to go and testify to legislators about this plant," says Blundell, who is wheelchair-bound, the result of a train accident in 2000. "I'd tell them I'm not a criminal, that I'm in a horrific amount of pain and I'd rather take something natural and holistic rather than something being pushed by Pfizer."

A handful of state lawmakers and pro-grass activists hope the actions taken by this southwest Missouri hamlet will help blaze a path for the statewide passage of a long-stymied medical-marijuana law.

Cliff Village, which passed the ordinance February 1, modeled the legislation after a bill introduced in the state House of Representatives that would allow anyone with a doctor's OK to grow up to seven plants and possess an ounce of marijuana.

"I just don't see any reason why something that can be regulated by a doctor and can help people with their illnesses should be prohibited," argues Rep. Regina Walsh, a St. Louis Democrat who cosponsored the bill introduced last month. "I just don't see any reason why we can't alleviate their pain, especially if it's for something like cancer or some horrific illness."

"There's a stigma involved in this," says Rep. Kate Meiners, the Kansas City Democrat who introduced the bill. "When you envision someone smoking medicinal marijuana, what you see is a long-haired hippie. You don't see the little old lady with glaucoma."

NO TOLERANCE POLICIES/CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY  (D. Nentwig - copyright 2006)
(To the tune of “Hokey Pokey”)

Oooooooh discrimination,
All across the Nation
With lots of racial vilification,
Is what these policies are all about.

We ask for a fair go
And you tell us where to go.
We ask for our rights to grow
And the answer comes back, “Don’t you know.

If we can’t make a buck,
You can go and get f---ed
Because revenue’s what it’s all about!”

All together now……

Ooooooooh discrimination,
All across the Nation
With lots of racial villificaton,
Is what these policies are all about.

They terrorise you and they terrorise me,
They even terrorise our rights to be free.
But yet legal drug dealers enjoy complete immunity, (N.G.R.L.*)
Because revenue’s what it’s all about.

(N.G.R.L. - Not Guilty for Reason of Legality)

Sing it with me, people…..

Ooooooooh discrimination,
All across the Nation,
With lots of racial vilification,
Is what these policies are all about.

They Aust-racise you, and they Aust-racise me,
They try to Aust-racise us all from our community.
All we want is a fair go, a just right to be free,
Because this is what Australia’s all about.
Chorus:

They commit murder every day
And they just laugh it away,
“It’s all good is what they say

And under the carpet goes the decay.
They cover up the fears, the violence, legal horror and the tears,
Because revenue’s what it’s all about.
Chorus:

We try to fix our health,
And they try to fix their wealth

By using tactics of discrimination and stealth.
Dealing highly toxic substances
Just to increase their wealth,
Because revenue’s what it’s all about!

Chorus:

They don’t give a ‘shit’, whether you use or abuse,
Just as long as it’s only ‘legal drugs’ that you choose,
Because nowadays the word ‘legal’ gets mis-used and abused,
Because revenue’s what it’s all about.

One more time…..

Oooooooooh discrimination,
All across the Nation,
With lots of racial vilification,
Is what these policies are all about

Note: The word discriminate comes from an Aryan word meaning ‘to divide and separate’,
and this is exactly what Prohibition does. It divides and separates people from their society, from their culture, from their Government, from their beliefs, from their choices, and from themselves. When you are separated from the things that make you human, then you are no longer part of that humanity, you are a slave.
                                                     -----------------

Judge Pamela Alexander - (DPF Conference, Nov. 1996) - .“I am here because I am the first judge in this country to say, in 1990, that the War on drugs was racist. It still is and that hasn’t changed”.

Note: Not only is the war on drugs racist against collective tribes and breeds of the human race, but it also seeks to phyto-genocide plant genus/races.

Remember, the Cannabis race - genus, Cannabidaceae - is a race and genus for a specific reason. That reason is that, just like the human it is split into male and female, it lives, it breathes, it fornicates, it procreates.

It is of one individual set of characteristics and form that is permanent, just like the human, and if we are to truly live in harmony with all the other animal and plant genus/races, then we must learn to not only tolerate another’s existence, but to accept it and show respect for it, as this is what we the human race strive for - to be understood and accepted…and not abused.

THE CANNABIS LAMENT”        (Poem by D. Nentwig - copyright
(spoken from a persecuted Cannabis race perspective).
(genus – Cannabidaceae;    race – Cannabis;   tribes – Sativa, Indica, Ruderalis, Hennep).

Badger me, badger me, nail me to a tree.
Why must we pay for your insanity.

Badger me, badger me, nail me to a cross.
Why must we always pay an endless cost.

Aust-racise, Aust-racise, Aust-racise me.
Why must we live in fear in a Democracy.

Terrorise, terrorise, terrorise me
Under the guise of inflicted legality.

Persecute, persecute, persecute me
To satisfy your racist bigotry.

Eradicate, eradicate, eradicate me
To justify your masochistic tendencies.

Brutalise, brutalise, brutalise me,
To scapegoat your legal drug-dealing with immunity.

Unleash, unleash, unleash W.M.D’s
Murder 4,300 with Ethanol, albeit legally.

Murder 10,000 with prescription pills.
Do you think these drug dealers (and advocates) really care, when they create society’s ills.

Murder 2,000 a year through NSAIDS alone,
But crucify others for just having a salad, cookie, ‘vape’ or ‘cone’.

Baptize this country in legal drugs for both young and old,
But when it comes to the human right of choice, freedom and justice get left out in the cold.

(Politicians fiddle while Australia (Rome) burns.
There are many forms of fire.

                                      HOME BREW KITS

                                              -------------------------

Everything has a reason for being on this earth. Even cockroaches have a job to do, dung beetles have a job to do, wolves, carrion birds have jobs to do. Sharks have a job to do – the question is that just because one shark attacks and kills a human being (in its natural environment, going through its natural processes) it does not give us the right to hunt down and exterminate every single shark in the ocean.

Scared of sharks? Stay out of the Ocean! Got a fear of heights? Keep your feet on the ground. Suffering from Cannabiphobia? You shouldn’t use it. Then again, this still gives no right to someone to say, “I’m scared of sharks, so there’s a no tolerance policy against you ever again swimming in the Ocean”, Or “I’m scared of heights, so we’ll ban every single activity that involves going more than two feet off the ground”, or “I suffer from Cannabis intolerance (Cannabiphobia), and as such I will unleash my phobias on everyone else and scare every one into never using and respecting it and those who I can’t scare, I will persecute, hunt down and exterminate”.

I, personally, am allergic to gluten, lactose and many chemicals. Does this mean that I have the right to genocide the race known as wheat, or the race known as cow? For that matter, do people who have an aversion to peanuts have the right to state, “No-one can ever again nibble Nobby’s nuts”?
                                                  ------------------------

                             THE CARTILEGE OF MEDICAL CANNABIS.

For many decades now cannabis critics and persecutors have always wielded the term 'ANECDOTAL' comes to anything evident to do with cannabis. Anecdotal may have the collective meaning ’unpublished.’ But its specific term anekdota means ‘not given out’.

Governments and vested interests have had the information and the educational policies when it comes to cannabis as medicine, they just don’t want to give it out and then they wield the term ‘anecdotal’ ie ‘unpublished’ as in “Oh, if it isn’t published by the Government or their vested interests, then it’s automatically not true, just someone’s opinion, basically ‘anecdotal’.

The ‘bone structure’ of cannabis has never changed. It’s just as strong as it always has been, and always will be. The only thing missing is the connective cartilage…the information and evident proof that connects the dots in people’s minds to be able to make rational decisions on individual choices in their lives - in this case, medical cannabis.

The only way to strengthen the proverbial cartilage is to put out as much truthful and unbiased information and education as is humanly possible. Cannabis is one of the most maligned and persecuted race in history that has also been one of the most beneficial races and genus in history.

There is now enough evidence to completely connect cannabis as symbiotic with human culture, religion, belief, recreation, medicine and sacred object/race all the way back through history, back to its and our origin.

There is more than enough evidence to prove that cannabis is a genus-Cannabidacaea; a race-cannabis; a tribal collective-Sativa, Indica,  Ruderalis, and Hemp.

There is more than enough evidence to prove that partial and/or complete eradication of this genus is genocide.

‘WE HOLD THESE TRUTHS TO BE SELF-EVIDENT.
ONE NATION UNDER GROG IS NOT OUR COMMAND”
                                                  -----------------

President Gorge W. Bush Jr. (State of Union Speech Jan. 23rd 2007) -    “In all we do, we must remember that the best health care decisions are not made by government and insurance companies, But by patients and their doctors". (except when it comes to medical cannabis patients and their doctors).

Former U.S. President George W. Bush Jr, (Speech to UN General Assembly, September 21, 2004)  -  “The desire for freedom resides in every human heart. And that desire cannot be contained forever by prison walls, or martial laws, or secret police. Over time, and across the Earth, freedom will find a way”.

(NOTE: Those who talk the talk, but do not walk the walk, are hypocrites, as the word ‘hypocrite’ means actor. In the language of the first tribe to spread Cannabis - hanfa - across Europe - Gotar/Goth - “Letan freis doms in so airtha”……Let the free have dominion on the earth).

Amnesty International “The USA was founded in the  name of democracy,  equality and individual freedom, but is failing to deliver the fundamental promise of protecting rights for ALL“.

(“Each small candle Lights a corner of the dark” - Roger Waters) .

The Cannabis Race needs an amnesty. Those who adhere to Cannabis culture need an amnesty, and we need it to protect us and our culture from other drug users, abusers, addicts, pushers, advocates etc. who feel they have a mandate to genocide our culture and the genus/race that it is built upon…..and this country claims to be multi-cultural while forcing a dominant and masterful mono-culture!

                                                     --------------

Canadian Parliament - (Special Committee on Drugs).
“If there was so much concern about public health based on how  dangerous “drugs” are, one has to wonder why tobacco and alcohol are not on the list of controlled substances”.

NOTE:
We also have a special committee on drugs, and while they’re on drugs they write laws against other people’s drug taking practices, whether for vital, necessary medicine or frivolous recreational drug taking. But, no matter what  your drug of choice, or the side you stand on between the ‘licit’/ ‘illicit’ divide, one must, as a matter of course, understand and make a blatant distinction between medical necessity and recreational frivolity.

Everyone has a medicinal and/or recreational drug of choice…or two or three or four or more, but whatever the choice - they are all drugs and there is a Criteria of Harm that governs them equally, even if Governments do not.

However, when it comes to medicine, the Criterias are - the Criteria of Harm, the Criteria of Safety, the Criteria of Efficacy, the Criteria of Potency and the Criteria of Reliability.

Under all these criteria, Cannabis passes with flying colours, not least the criteria of harm TOXICITY ratio.  To understand this, let’s look at two Class A drugs and 2 Class C drugs.

  • Ethanol/ethane hydroxide/ethyl alcohol has a 1:4 to 1:20 LD50 ratio depending on body mass. (Class A)
  • Heroin/di-morphine has an LD50 of 1:6. (Class A)
  • Caffeine/tri-methyl-xanthine  has an LD50 of 1:100  (Class C)
  • The Cannabis herb has an LD50 of 1:40,000 and the active ingredient drug contained in it called Tetra-hydro-cannabinol has an LD50 of 1:10,000. (Class C)

This is why all the above drugs have taken lives of their own volition throughout history, and Cannabis has never been recorded as having taken a single life of its own volition and many doctors and scientists state that there is no disease that can be attributed to consumption of Cannabis itself.
                                                      ------------------

Montel Williams, talk Show Host, Emmy Award Winner and Multiple Sclerosis Sufferer - “Cannabis has helped my symptoms so much that I have become an advocate for the legalization of medical cannabis for qualified patients like me -- those suffering from debilitating and/or devastatingly painful diseases”.

“There are doctors who have researched this & understand that for the disease that I have, as well as for cancer and AIDS, medical cannabis     works,”

MEDICAL CANNABIS = improvement of quality of life for the sick.
= less burden on our health systems
= less side effects, including deaths
                                         = less complications

And last, but certainly not least…………..

                        MEDICAL CANNABIS    = A CHOICE

“I UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION   (poem by D. Nentwig - copyright 2006)
(Ethanol vs Cannabis)

I understand that 'your' drugs kill thousands every year
And I understand that because of them hundreds of thousands of Aussies now live in fear.

I understand that 'your' drugs are taken by Police, Doctors, Law Bodies, Politicians and Prime Ministers,

And I understand that three-quarters of these humans have become advocates, sponsors and legal drug AD-ministers.

I understand that society advocates legal drug abuse.
What I don't understand is why other illicit substances aren't even allowed to be responsibly used.

I understand the situation, yes I understand it all too well.
I understand completely and fully why our Government has silenced the freedom bell.

I understand the jealousy that brought this to the fore,
And I understand completely why they unleashed this hate-filled Drug War.

The reason was domination, the great Monopoly bid,
Which is why to them all illicit substances from this land must be rid.

I understand that licit drug revenue is the new addiction of today,
And it dominates our culture in all we do and all we say.

But I also understand, all too well, that compassion must come before greed,
And that to be truly free, we must help all others IN NEED.

I understand it, alright, I just don't agree,
With a policy that denies others their Human Right to be free.

I don't agree with a Policy of hate, abuse, bias and lies
Unleashed with unfeeling terror just to silence the endless cries.

I understand the situation, I understand it alright,
And now I understand why, for my rights, I must fight.

Why I must stand up for what I believe,
Because, I believe that the Cannabis Race deserves a reprieve.

It does not deserve to be condemned, hunted, eradicated and abused as THEY see fit,
Yet at the same time so-called legal drugs and their dealers, get away with all sorts of 'shit'.

I understand that this country needs an intervention,
To be taught some respect for the use of their particular favourite 'libation'..

With a bit of compassion, respect and understanding being shown right across this nation,
And a 'fair go' shown to all,  instead of just blatant discrimination.

THE COVER CHARGE”.    (Poem by D. Nentwig - copyright 2005)

The cover charge is too high
When so many have to die
Just to gain entry to your club.

The cover charge is too high,
When so many wonder why
That the only choice we get given are of your drugs.

The cover Charge is too high
When I see the flood of tears that people cry,
For the multitude of friends and family taken before their time.

The cover charge is too high
When our society has to live a lie
To sweep under the carpet the real cause of all of the violence and crime.
(The cause is abuse, not the subject matter of choice).

The cover charge is too high
When so many kids get sick, injured and die
From a so-called ‘refreshment” DRUG, being portrayed as “all good”.

The cover charge is too high
When society keeps turning a blind eye
And stops respecting their legal drugs like it should.

The cover charge is too high
When forever we must try
To remove the endless damage caused from your choice.

You ask me why I don’t want to join your club? (medical or recreational)
You really have to wonder why?
When death, destruction and abuse are a part of the legal drug club entry fee.
I say, “The cover charge is just way too high”.

WHO‘S RESPONSIBLE?    (Poem by D. Nentwig - copyright

Who’s responsible for putting Australia into such a shamozzle?

Who’s responsible for making Australia’s favourite weapon a schooner glass or an ethanol drug bottle?

Who’s responsible for telling Australians that a drug that killed 4,300 in just one year is “all good”?

Who’s responsible for taking the lives of these people, so others have to place them in caskets of wood?

Who’s responsible for the 70,000 plus Australians hospitalised each and every year?

Who’s responsible for the hundreds of thousands who because of drunken (drugged on the Class A drug ethanol), violent and abusive parents, on a constant basis live in terror and fear?

Who’s responsible for unleashing the sadistic disease, amygdaloid syndrome across our nation?

(Note: Amygdaloid syndrome can be caused from neurotoxic poisoning of the amygdala resulting in the loss of control of one’s rage and emotional responses. Unprovoked street assaults, ‘glassings‘, domestic violence, child abuse etc. show this exactly for what it is).

Who’s responsible for the countless assaults caused by the world’s favourite (legal) intoxication?

Who’s responsible for the millions of dollars damage and vandalism that the drug ethanol claims each year?

Who’s responsible for the little orphan child whose parents didn’t return home because someone else had too much beer?

Who’s responsible for the pain and suffering that a parent must endure when they’re sitting by their child’s hospital bed?

Who’s responsible for the heartache caused by a knock at the door that tells you that your loved one is dead?

Who’s responsible for delirium tremens, psychosis, amnesia and countless other health problems that the drug ethanol can cause?

Who’s responsible for creating a sadistic, malignant scape-goat for it called prohibition, the “no tolerance”, hate filled political drug wars?

I don’t have to ask who’s responsible, I know exactly who is, but do you?

24 Hours a Day….
Medical Cannabis is a 24 hour a day neurologist, arthritis and inflammation specialist, pain and cramping specialist, food and chemical allergy specialist and cancer specialist.
Medical Cannabis has a lot going for it.

  • It can be accessed 24 hours a day
  • It doesn’t make you wait countless hours to see it.
  • You don’t have to make appointments to benefit from it.
  • You don’t have to line up for weeks, if not months on end to see it as a specialist.
  • It doesn’t come with toxic side effects, complications and death.
  • It doesn’t make mistakes which cost lives and resources.
  • If you grow medical cannabis naturally, it doesn’t eat and burn a hole in your wallet. (Note: A newspaper article stated that people are having to choose between basic necessities like food and shelter vs pharmaceutical drugs).
  • Cannabis is a highly nutritious vegetable herb.

                                                    -------------------

We need a drug policy based on fact rather than fiction.

The terms 'licit' and 'illicit' are just buzzwords when it comes to letting people know which drugs are harmful. The term 'licit'/'legal' does not make something harmless, safe, healthy or good for you. In the same respect the term 'illicit' /'illegal' does not give a truthful overall picture either.

The present Drug Classification MUST be replaced with the Criteria of Harm so that everyone can be aware of exactly what each drug is capable of when abused.

                                                    CRITERIA OF HARM
                                          Mortality    Morbidity    Toxicity
                                     Addictiveness     Relationship with Crime

                                                   ------------------

Question: Can anyone explain why we have a  MIS-USE OF DRUGS ACT  that does not allow beneficial application of selective drugs of choice, but does allow the abuse of others, branded with that sickening buzzword ‘legal’, that no true criteria on earth recognises?

Question: Can anyone explain why we wage war on our own people in favour of drug and other forms of supremacy?

Question: Can anyone explain to us why drug users, abusers and addicts have the right to hunt down medical sufferers in their own homes, just because they (the medical sufferers) don’t want to take the drugs that the people hunting them down take and forcefully want them to take?

Question: Can anyone explain to us why Politicians have the right  (to state a newspaper statement) to ‘prop up a bar’/ethanol drug dealing and consumption establishment, and use and abuse drugs in that establishment, while they hunt, persecute and eradicate selective use and choice?

Question: Can anyone find us just one Pharmaceutical or other recreational drug - besides Cannabis - that does not kill through overdose or does not destroy organs and
poison the blood? The drug contained within the Cannabis race  is called Tetra-hydro-cannabinol (THC) which has a 20,000:1 LD50 (lethal dose to kill 50% of the recipients).

Question: Can anyone explain to us why Politicians, the Police and the Drug cartels they serve are allowed to wipe out all drug competition, while dealing drugs in Family Supermarkets and nearly every other medium imaginable, in the Name of Competition?

Under this criteria, drug cops, politicians and media, sports bodies etc. are no different that crack cocaine soldiers who do the exact same thing - protect the drug lord, push the drugs, hook all ages equally and eradicate all competition.

Part of their eradication includes genocide, whether medicinal genocide, race genocide, cultural genocide, religious genocide and human rights genocide, as all these things have an origin, a genesis.

When it came to medicinal genocide, the article below states exactly how much benefit has been genocided in the name of drug cartel supremacy, and extreme phobia.
                                                     --------------------

In 1894 the Indian Hemp Drugs Commission was founded to discover the truth about Cannabis application in India.

The following article was released in the ‘Journal of Psychoactive Drugs Vol. 13, Jan-March 1981’ on what they discovered.

The prime uses were for the nervous system, the gastrointestinal tract and as an aphrodisiac. It was commonly employed for many other functional or organic troubles in the genital and urinary systems, both of women and men. Cannabis was as much a panacea for respiratory disturbances, especially those involving over secretion of mucus, pain or frequent coughing (in other words, almost all), as for gastric malfunction.  Further, it was used for a wide variety of infectious diseases, so much so that it has been referred to as the “penicillin of Ayurvedic medicine”. (Indian Hemp Drugs Commission, 1894).

As an antirheumatic…it may have been only the analgesic properties that were active or it may have had some effect on the rheumatism itself, which is now widely accepted as being one of the autoimmune class of diseases. Some cannabis constituents have been shown to be antihistaminic, like the corticosteroids used to palliate autoimmune disease. Use as a vermifuge and skin remedy were among its other common applications; it was used against the venom of poisonous fish bites and scorpion stings, it was even used against leprosy….

Because of its sedative action, cannabis was taken as an insomnia remedy, often in the form of majum (Lamarck 1783). It was considered as effective as opium (Dastur n.d.). The analgesic properties of cannabis ensured its application against a wide variety of painful conditions.  Cannabis was used for neuralgia, especially common forms, sciatica and facial neuralgia, as it was for migraine headaches, headaches in general and the terrible headaches which accompany malaria. It was used to relieve the pain of any inflammation or inflammatory disease. It was held to be such an effective anodyne  that it was used as a liniment to relieve the pains of broken bones….topical anaesthesia and even general anaesthesia were said to be achieved with cannabis. Cannabis was applied to every conceivable sort of spasm or convulsion, from simple stomach cramps, to tetanus, epilepsy and rabies.

For infant convulsions an extract would sometimes be mixed with belladonna
….charas calmed whooping cough, ganja being substituted when it was unavailable. Similarly, in dysentery, cannabis’ value may have been anti-spasmodic  as well as anti-diarrheic and perhaps antibiotic effects. An odd dosage route  would sometimes be employed in this case; ganja smoke was blown into the rectum. The same method was used for strangulated hernias.
Cannabis was even used in ’brain fever’ , where its febrifuge and anodyne  qualities would have been useful as the antispasmodic ones.

It calmed coughs…as in whooping cough, bronchitis, asthma and so on, while at the same time it decreased pain. Its expectorant and antihistaminic qualities were other factors greatly contributing to its usefulness for inflammatory  respiratory ailments. Evidence of some antibiotic and  even antiviral activity implies that  applications in infectious diseases was justified….Cannabis was used to check excessive salivation…cases of lack of appetite, indigestion, colic, nausea, and insufficient weight gain were all treated with bhang drinks of various kinds or often with majum. The drinks were almost always made with either milk or ghee (Indian Hemp Drugs Commission 1894), thus obtaining the full compliment of fat soluble as well as water soluble substances.

Very intriguingly, Cannabis is reported as an anti-diabetic….Cannabis’ spasmolytic action may have been the reason for its usefulness in jaundice….Indian herbals specify Cannabis as a means of controlling diarrhea almost without exception. Not only simple diarrhea was meant here, but also that which was a symptom of diseases as severe as cholera….it was also applied externally on painful haemorrhoids [and] fresh leaf poultices were even employed for pain of a prolapsed anus. (Indian Hemp Drugs Commission 1894)….The major effect of cannabis on the urinary system noticed by the Indians was that of diuresis [which ] combined with Cannabis’ sedative and anti-inflammatory action results in a remedy well-suited to the treatment of cystitis and urethritis….Cannabis was often applied to diseases and problems of the genital and reproductive systems…it was said to ‘check the discharge’ in gonorrhea.

Cannabis was used extensively for a variety reproductive disorders. Poultices of fresh leaves were applied in orchitis and other swellings of the testicles, including hydrocele…likewise in labour this combination of qualities enabled Cannabis to give nearly or completely painless childbirth..it was taken against uterine haemmorhage as well as during labour. Cannabis was commonly given for incontinence of sperm and was believed by the Muslim doctors to give control over ejaculation.  Obviously a plant considered to be a good aphrodisiac was standard in remedies for impotence.

Since Cannabis is effective against gram-positive bacteria, but loses its potency in blood serum…dysentery and erysipelas could be influenced by it, as well as local infection. Fresh leaf powder was sprinkled into wounds and sores.  It was used externally against eye and ear infections…fresh juice was likewise used as a vermifuge both internally and externally for ear and eye worms…..Applied to the head it rid one of lice and dandruff….Unlike other intoxicating drugs, except coca leaves, cannabis was widely used by poor people to give them endurance while they worked….This contrasts strangely both with the ‘amotivational syndrome’ cannabis is supposed to induce and with one’s usual idea of an intoxicant…..Finally Cannabis was put to a number of unclassifiable uses, including diseases of the spleen and heart.

Meanwhile…while collective groups and individuals are eradicating vital medicine (as well as a recreation, spiritual agent and race), pretty much every day of the week now….. in Australia (and no doubt other countries as well) we have an ethanol drug delivery system being abused and wielded as a weapon.

This is now so regular an occurrence that Australia is now applying the term ‘glassings’, and police etc. are calling for the drug ethanol to be served in plastic cups and bottles.

This just proves that abusers don’t give a damn whether their weapon or drug is legal or illegal, this proves that abusers give users a bad name, and this proves that as soon as something is abused, even though a large percentage of people respect their drugs and drug delivery systems of choice, people under the influence of ‘phobia’ instantly want to ban the choice, but not the abuse that is manifested on the choice.

A TOUCH OF GLASS
          (Poem by D. Nentwig - copyright 2005

A touch of glass is replacing a touch of class
In this Great South land of ours.
Replacing respect with abuse,
Kindness with hate,
And thorns where there once were flowers.

More and more in the paper each day,
It’s there for all to see,
Lots of Australians taking advantage of
These free legal weapons,
After legally getting “off their tree”.

It used to be a rare occurrence
That only happened between two extremely drunken and violent louts.
But nowadays it seems to happen every Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights
In and outside legal drug clubs,
Nearly every time someone ‘shouts’.

We have security guards, bouncers, Police, Ambo’s and every day citizens
Being glassed regularly at full throttle,
By some legally intoxicated idiot
Who has no respect, and as such
Doesn’t think twice about wielding an ethanol drug bottle.

Yet, it’s not surprising that this weapon has been brought to the fore,
As our Drug Policy is a dismal failure.
We now have almost the same stats per capita as America
And the way their drug policies and ours correlate
We might as well be called The dis-United States of Australia.

Our ethanol induced violence and crime is now going through the roof
And is easily on par with theirs.
Our ethanol deaths went up by 1,000 Australians in just 3 years,
Hospitalizations 70,000
….but who cares?

We still get told that we have to use and abuse ONLY the drug Ethanol
And to support it’s creators, advocates and dealers.
But any idiot knows that the words “It’s all good”
Cannot be used for a deadly, toxic, Class A drug
No matter who are the pushers and dealers.
                                                ---------------------

Why do we call the drug ethanol a Class A drug, even though it is (buzzword) ‘legal‘?

Quite simple really.  Just look at the Criteria of Harm involved:
  • Mortality - Each country is different depending on the population, but in Australia we lose approx. 4,000+ a year.
Plus, the drug ethanol is the only drug proven to kill through withdrawal.

  • Morbidity - (Australia) 72,000 hospitalised per year
  • Toxicity    -  1:4 to 1:20 LD50 ratio (note: heroin is 1:6 - another Class A Drug; while Cannabis at 1:40,000 is in Class C, even though all other drugs in Class C are proven killers and proven to be Toxic).
  • Addictiveness - Ethanol would be classed as one of the most addictive, psychoactive recreational drugs in Australia, except for one factor - the people who take this drug call it a ‘drink’ and do not admit it’s a psychoactive recreational toxic drug while they help eradicate the ‘dreaded’ illicit. Basically, it’s ‘Don’t do drugs’, while… “Glug, glug, chug, chug. I’ll never admit that I take drugs”.
  • Relationship with Crime - That would take a book of its own, but here are some of the latest stats.

Street and Pub/club etc. Assaults: 80%
          Domestic Violence - 74%
Child abuse - 45% (reported. - actually much higher)

Then we have ethanol drug abuse car crashes, wanton destruction and malicious damage; smashed bottles/glasse & the forgotten ethanol drug crime - Foetal Alcohol Syndrome.

“JINGLE THE DIVISION BELLS”.      (D. Nentwig - Copyright 2006)
(Parody of ‘Jingle Bells”)

Abuse is now the rage, a bloodstain on history’s page.
Drug abuse is rife, now we all live in strife.
Violence and crime is for what this country’s got the time,
Your destruction’s guaranteed…but don’t you dare smoke ‘weed’.

So, discriminate, eradicate, please don’t educate.
We need a scapegoat for our crimes that now decide your fate.
So, discriminate, eradicate, do anything but educate,
Because if the truth ever came out about our drug,
Loss of revenue would be our fate.

Don’t you dare use drugs (….illicits only, of course….), just give all legal ones a hug.
Don’t use “THC”. but abuse Ethanol freely.
For if you’re down the street, and meet a ‘copper’ on his beat,
You’d better make sure you’re on legal drugs, otherwise you are dead meat!

So, discriminate, eradicate, please don’t educate,
We need a scapegoat for our crimes that now decide your fate.
So, discriminate, Annihilate, do anything but educate,
Because if the truth ever came out about our drug,
Loss of revenue would be our, (….and the Government’s….) fate.

                                                     -----------------

After constantly seeing and hearing about legal drug abusers destroying everything in their path, while wearing the Australian flag or chanting slogans for Australia as well as being woken up on a regular basis by ethanol drug abusers smashing bottles, swearing, screaming and bashing each other outside on our street, (and where we live used to be such a peaceful street at one time), it compelled me to write a parody of the Christmas carol ‘Silent Night’.

I would like to make it quite clear that I am not against the recreational drug ethanol. I am, however, highly against the amount of abusive practices manifested by people who choose to abuse the drug ethanol and then abuse others, as well as being against any drug lord or drug advocate who tell children (as well as the rest of Australia) that their drug is a ‘drink’, and one that must be associated with everything in this country, while all other choice is eradicated.

For those who believe their drug is a drink, here are the facts……..

Alcohol’s true name is ethane hydroxide which breaks down  from ethanol to acetaldehyde (8 times as toxic as ethanol), to acetate, to CO2 and water, and is removed from the body within 72 hours.

“VIOLENT NIGHT”.               (D. Nentwig - copyright 2006)
(Parody of “Silent Night”)

Violent nights, abuse filled nights,
All was calm ‘til people got into fights.
Hatred & destruction became the name of the game,
Humanity lost its way and we should all feel ashamed
Abuse war fills our streets like never before,
Abuse war fills our streets like never before.

Violent days, abuse filled days,
They started off peaceful, and then turned to affray.
Glass bottles rained down on our ambo’s and police,
Violence was unleashed upon those who keep the peace,
Why can’t people learn to show respect,
Why can’t people learn to show respect.

Violent years, we all live in fear,
We sleep with one eye open, drawing loved ones near.
Screams in the night tell us something’s not right,
While brother beats brother with screams of delight,
Abuse now targets one and all,
Abuse now targets one and all.

Silent cries, while our country dies,
Whatever the outcome, the price of abuse is too high.
Upon our own people we wage uncivil war,
As blow for blow and strike for strike, we try in vain to settle the score,
“Abuse forever” is now a catch cry for one and all,
“Abuse forever” is now a catch cry for one and all.

“Etho, etho, etho. Oy, oy, oy!”
Question: Does this ‘do us proud’?

Talking about War (and all wars ‘uncivil’), to all metal music lovers, here’s my personal metal song about the World’s uncivil War that has been waged for over 70 years, and continues to be waged.

“WAR FOREVER”        (song by D. Nentwig - copyright Jan 2008)

War…. in the name of peace
Waging legal genocide.
War…..unleashed as a mega-beast
Forcing the innocent to run and hide.
War….in the name of no tolerance
A prohibitive reality.
War….in the name of no acceptance
Denying others the right to be free.

War forever, forcing others to suffer in pain.
War forever, when will peace come again?
War forever, with hatred and insanity.
War forever, genocide done legally.

War…waged upon our streets
By Politicians and soldiers in blue.
War….unleashed upon the sick
Just for needing a bud or two.
War….unleashed by drug cartels
By drug junkies who write laws.
War….yet another bloodied crusade
To legally murder our cause.

War forever, forcing others to suffer in pain.
War forever, when will peace come again?
War forever, with hatred and insanity.
War forever, genocide done legally.

War….from organised terrorists
Targeting people in their homes.
War….hate-filled and merciless
Hunting us wherever we roam.
War….through demented reasoning
Rapes the ‘fair go’ for all.
War….that silences freedoms ring
While we watch humanity fall…..war, forever?

THE WAR ON DRUGS DOES NOT EXIST - by D. Nentwig

Welcome to the War on Human Rights, Freedoms, Beliefs and Choices …..For if it is a War on Drugs, why do we annihilate and persecute some, while giving supremacy to others?

“The tragedy of war is that it wields and manipulates man’s best, to do man’s worst”.

Governments and their enforcers/vested interests, including our own, have helped and continued to wage a war of supremacy against their own people, to force people to give up their human rights of use, individual freedom, individual belief and individual choice in favour of Policies of dictatorship and mastery.

They have trampled on (in the name of ‘Freedom and protecting the Public’ no less), individual beliefs, traditions, freedoms and choices with Policies of social segregation, discrimination, hatred, racism, no tolerance and eradication/annihilation - as well as slandering, persecuting and prejudicially targeting individuals and collective groups.

There is a quote that states, “The biggest farce of human history has been the argument that wars are fought to save civilisation”, when in actual fact they are waged and fought for supremacy and domination.  This is best summed up in a simple story:

“……Once when Frederick the Great was about to declare war, he instructed his secretary to write the war proclamation. The secretary began, ‘Whereas in the providence of God, etc. etc……. “STOP THAT LYING!” Frederick thundered, “Simply say, Frederick wants more land”.

“History reveals that wars create more problems than they solve”.
“If there is anything in which earth, more than any other resembles Hell, it is its wars”.

David Dyenhaus- Uni of Melb  -  “When law can so obviously be wielded as the instrument of great oppression, how can one make the claim that the justification for law is its pursuit of justice, and its capacity to resist injustice“. .

A buzzword for War on Use and Choice is Prohibition
.

                                                     -----------------

Abraham Lincoln. (Dec.1840).“Prohibition goes beyond the bounds of reason, in that it attempts to control a man’s appetite by legislation, and makes a crime out of things that are not crimes. A prohibition law strikes a blow at the very principles upon which our Government was founded”.

“The greatest gift ever given to criminals on both sides of the ‘licit’/’illicit’ Great Australian/World Divide was the gift of Prohibition on selective use and choice, which is the Human Race Crime of apartheid discrimination (social segregation of individual and collective coverings defined by differential and/or preferential treatment) wielded as an excuse for war”.  (D. Nentwig)

When it comes to all the above crimes being wielded against generation on generation, a simple quote/song from the ‘Manic Street Preachers’, sums it up quite well,
‘IF YOU TOLERATE THIS, THEN YOUR CHILDREN WILL BE NEXT“…and their children, and their children’s children”.

Dr. A.C. Germann - Prof. emeritus of the Dept. of Criminal JUSTICE, Ca.).

“Education as a process for changing minds, beliefs and actions, is more effective, less wasteful of resources, and more edifying than the horrors of War wherever and however utilized".

“It is a national embarrassment that many of our approaches to drug use and drug abuses (at least he knows there’s a difference between use and abuse) remain so puerile, ignorant and vindictive. We need truthful information about responsible drug use, and irresponsible drug abuse, of both licit and illicit drugs, so called. We need alternatives to the repressive and demonising application of Police, Prosecution and Prison, and to consider reasoned and compassionate uses (benefit) of education, treatment and rehabilitation.
uch alternatives would clearly demonstrate that policies of Zero Tolerance are counter productive, worsen a horrible situation, waste public monies, corrupt agencies, and serve only the interests of the Drug Conglomerates, the Prison/Criminal Justice Industrial Complex and unfair Agency Forfeiture Acquisitions .

The repetitive refrain (and one that our politicians wield on a constant basis)  “We need to hire more police, pass tougher laws, get tougher judges, pass longer sentences and build more jails and prisons” is a popular and ADDICTIVE ditty, but unrealistic and self-defeating, and a politically mandated loyalty oath.

We seem unable to learn from the painful history of Alcohol Prohibition”.

'found three cannabis plants being grown, what a waste of police time'.....News2020.com
19th October 2008

Marijuana  plants have been seized thanks to information from members of the public. Police raided a house at Wordsworth Road in Skerne Park in Darlington on Friday and found three cannabis plants being grown. It is estimated the plants had a potential value of 1,000. The raid was carried out as part of Not In My Neighbourhood week and follows similar raids carried out in the town earlier in the week.

As well as the cannabis plants a small quantity of cannabis resin and amphetamine sulphate (speed) was also found. Police arrested two local men aged 26 and 21-years-old. They have now been released on police bail pending a forensic examination of the drugs that were recovered. PC Jonathan Stoker said: Weve carried out the raid in conjunction with Not in My Neighbourhood week after some community members got in touch with us. We'd like to thank them for their support and the information that led to the successful raid.

In this respect the law shall prohibit any discrimination and guarantee to all persons equal and effective protection against discrimination on any ground, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or OTHER status”.
