about Free Globe Trekkers
Free
Globe Trekkers was founded in 2001 by Steve Peters of Philadelphia,
United States. He first visited China in 2001 and has been
traveling the world since the age of 12. His first experience
in overseas travel was in 1997 to the beautiful land of South
Africa, where he visited some friends with his family. Since
then he has traveled to Israel, Switzerland, Equatorial Guinea,
Canada, Korea, Taiwan, and China. Even though he loves to
travel abroad, he has a strong love for his home country, the good
ol' United States. He founded this organization to join
together people with a similar interest in geography, history,
travel, exploring, and everything else the trekker loves. We
hope you enjoy this website and hope to hear from you in the
future.
