Requirements:
-Chuunin +
-Atleast 3 characters unlocked +
-Be active atleast four times a week (UNLESS YOU PM A CLAN LEADER)

To raise your rank you have to do something for the clan and earn lots of experience. Don't worry it wont be hard.
