THE HORSES WE BUY FROM THE FEED LOT ARE PUT IN NICE HOMES. WE HAVE HOMES WAITING FOR ALMOST 80 HORSES IF WE COULD BUY THEM. We won an award from the IFAW!!! We Also Won An Award From the United Animal Nations in California. We're the first Canadians to win it. December 22, 2002, we went to the Bouvry slaughterhouse in Fort Macleod to get horses back from where the horses are going to be killed. Mr. Bouvry wouldn't sell them to us, so we gave money to the Mitchell Centre who rescues horses too and bought horses from the Irvine Feed Lot where they were going to be sent to the slaughterhouse. We also bought hay for people who were going to have to sell their horses to the slaughterhouse because they could not afford to feed them. We are going to keep buying horses and hay and save more.
