One day a day dreaming child wondered, "What if I made a movie?" The boy pondered on the subject and was shocked to have found very little resources on the subject. No film rental shops, or even a class to take to learn about film making were found. He looked and looked, until he thought "Hey, maybe I could have my own film festival, and raise awareness on how crucial film is to our lives." He then talked to his childhood friend and their ideas sparked and ignited into a furious flame of film making ideas.
These two kids, and a man named Rob Newberry, would hopefully create an indelible effect on Hamilton, with the help from their parents (kinda). We dedicate our festival to the youth who will be controlling what the majority of what today's adults will watch in 15 years. So pay attention and if your child has a film they have been dying to make, the cash prizes and awards, plus hopefully some publicity would make the experience that little bit better.
