FOX ARCHERS

2nd Fox Tournament on 31st May

Now only in its second year the shoot attracted 86 archers from many parts of the South East.  Shooting various rounds and with glorious sunny weather this fun shoot was very enjoyable.   

19th Independence Day Shoot on 28th June

This popular shoot held close to Independence Day had 74 archers and 11 guests attend on the day.  Shooting an American round the tournament included a ploughman's lunch and strawberries and cream in the afternoon.  The shoot coincided with the weekend of the Biggin Hill Airfair and there was some aerial activity overhead including a low flying Jumbo Jet.  We received many positive comments on how relaxed the shoot was and what a wonderful field St Michaels School has. 

9th Fox Longbow Shoot on 2nd August 2009

Our annual longbow tournament attracted 49 archers shooting a two-way double national.  A customary glass of sherry was provided in the morning with cream scones in the afternoon.
