Crew Member, Service Department
The Crew Member will assist the Management and Representatives of the company to provide incredible customer service, satisfaction, and will play a key role in measuring the company's overall success. The Crew Member will assist the Service Department in the following activities: lifting 50+ pounds of equipment & supplies. He/she will perform: Mowing, Mulching, Weeding, Planting, and various Yard Maintenance activities. Will play an important role in the Four Seasons Yard Maintenance Marketing Process. Finally, the Crew Member might assist other departments to help ensure the overall operating functions of the day-to-day jobs of the Clifton Corporation.
Requirements:
Able to stand, sit, and bend for long periods of time. Available to work Monday-Thursday and Weekends. Able to lift 50+ pounds of equipment and supplies. Leadership, &Communication Skills, and Excellent Work Ethics will be required and expected.
