History of the HITMEN

The core of the Hitmen started out as the members of the Fostoria Bomb Squad.  In the Fall of 2001 Fostoria Bomb Squad made it to the Finals of the Fall Tournament and lost is only game of the season.  Losing the Championship. After a lot of the guys not agreeing on how the team was ran me and my brother decided to start a team of our own.  Some of the other members of the team had already decided to leave so we contacted them to see if they wanted to join.  We got a great group of guys to start a team with.  Russell, Bo, Takis, JT, Rob, Josh, Neil, Alex, and me are all players that jumped from Bomb Squad to the Hitmen.  The Player then added some more friends and that is how the Hitmen came about.  During the Playoffs for that season the Ohio Players fell apart.  After that season we picked up a few members from the Ohio Players. Through out the seasons we have picked up quality players.  The players that we have stay with the Hitmen year in and year out.  We are a tight family and that is the way we like it.  We try to have get togethers after games.  Weather it be cookouts or ordering pizza.  But we have created a very close group of players that love playing together.  My brother Alex has officially stepped down as a coach of the Hitmen.  Vince is the new coach along with myself.  We plan on continuing the success that we have had here in the Findlay league and also plan on continuing it at the state and other tounies.
