14/11/04: Sadly, James, the guitarist and on the odd occasion backing singer from Fosta is leaving. James is a dedicated student, and wants to get the most out of his studies. He has been a great contribution to Fosta and we will all miss him. All of us wish you good luck for the future James.
28/10/04: The local newspaper (Okehampton Times) features an artical about Fosta being showcased online. (the bbc radio devon unsigned bands) It talks about them, their influences and how they formed. You can view the site here.
9/9/04: The lovley chaps from Rockbeast have let us use loads of there pictures of fosta at battle of the bands. And they are also really good pictures of them doing what they do best. Thankyou so much guys!
