Forever Charmed

Hi everyone!

Welcome to Forever Charmed- a website dedicated to preserving the wonderful memory of the television show Charmed, which sadly met its end in May 2006 after eight amazing years.

Charmed was recently titled the longest running female-lead television series, as it reached a remarkable 173 episodes before it was decided that the show had run its course. However, the show will remain immortal in the hearts of those who came to love it. The fans of Charmed have experienced a roller-coaster of emotions from watching this show: whether it was the breath-taking struggle of the Piper-Leo relationship, the tragic loss of Prue and the welcoming of Paige, the heart-wrenching love life of Phoebe... or even just dealing with the drama of season renewal each year. Many of us started watching the show at a young age and have practically grown up with the series, growing with the sisters. Many have gone through significant changes in their lives- sometimes positive, others devastating. In any case, we've turned to the magical lives of the Charmed sisters and been entranced by the drama, the comedy, the tears and the power held by the wonderous characters.

Charmed has presented to us some of the world's greatest performers, including Holly Marie Combs, Alyssa Milano, Rose McGowan, Shannen Doherty, Brian Krause, Julian McMahon, Dorian Gregory and Ted King. They managed to make their characters come to life and allow us to accept them as people in our lives, and really feel the emotions they encounter in their onscreen lives. Off-screen, these wonderful people have contributed to charities, overcome hardships and raised awareness all over the world, making them a true inspiration to us all.

The aim of Forever Charmed is for fans to come together to commemorate the wonders of the show. We have a page dedicated to expressing your views on the show, a gallery, an overview of the episodes and the characters and also a links page so that you can see the wide range of Charmed sites on the world wide web.

Merry meet, everyone! My name is Nisha and I am 19. I started watching Charmed at the young age of 10 years old and I have been a fervent watcher ever since. My favourite of the Charmed sisters is Piper (honestly, who doesn't adore her?) and my favourite Charmed guy is Cole (needless to say, I was none too pleased when I found he was leaving the show three years ago).

I am one of those fans who isn't ashamed to say that Charmed has had a massive impact on my life. Obviously, the early teenage years are a critical time in anyone's life, and during my process of finding myself, I saw a lot of my interests springing from Charmed... my growing knowledge in computers (half of the things I've learned about computers have been Charmed-related), my interest in Wicca... the list goes on really. I have created a Charmed website previously (Charmed_Sisters) and a forum. I am a moderator on two other Charmed forums.

I am one of the lucky people in the UK that was able to attend the StarFury Charmed Convention 2006- the first of its kind. Although none of the leading ladies were at the convention, I hadthe pleasure of meeting Dorian Gregory (Darryl), Jennifer Rhodes (Grams/Penny), Jesse Woodrow (Glen), Neil Roberts (Rex), Elizabeth Harnois (Brooke from Magic Hour and Christina from the show Point Pleasant) and Craig Young (Dave from Magic Wears A Mask), plus saw Michael Bailey Smith (Belthazor/Shax).

Okay, enough of my babbling- I'm going to hand over to Chiara now...

Well, as you can see my name is Chiara and I'm 20 years old and I love Charmed until the end. My fave couple is Piper/Leo, I envy there relationship like no other...
My fave male character is obviously Leo and female is of course Piper (Who wouldn't love her?)
As far as religion goes, I dont believe in anything, but I'm open to everything, I think that if that person wants believe in a certain religion, who am I to disagree? lol
I love being behind the computer, and doing stuff with it, I recently bought a magazine about computers and some tricks that they learn you... I'm as many of my classmates say: a Geek. But I'm darn proud of that, before Charmed I wasn't that interested in the computer and getting into things... And my knowledge of forums was non-exsistent, but now I get the way of doing on forums...lol
But after I saw a couple of episodes, I wanted to know more, and that's how I got obsessed, but my main obsession is about Leo, there's actually a long story behind that, but I won't bore you with that...lol
Oh, what you must know is that Nisha got me into the overusage of the word 'lol' and no matter how bad your day was, she always knows how to cheer you up. I think that it is a real gift!

TV Legend Aaron Spelling died of a stroke in his home in L.A. on 18th June 2006. Having produced over 5,000 hours worth of television programming, he was named by the Guiness Book of World Records as "the most prolific TV producer of all time".

He owned his own company, Spelling Productions, which was co-owned by Paramount. Spelling Productions was responsible for such amazing shows as Charlie's Angels, Melrose Place, Beverly Hills 90210, Starsky and Hutch, Hart to Hart, Matt Houston, Fantasy Island, Burke's Law and, of course, Charmed. He also created many movies, both mainstream and made-for-TV productions.

He died in the evening of 18th June 2006, accompanied by his wife Candy and his son Randy. It is not known if his daughter Tori was also present.

The loss of Aaron Spelling is indeed a great blow to the entertainment industry, but he will live forever for the people who adored him and in the shows he created that won the hearts of many.

R.I.P Aaron Spelling, 1923-2006: We will never forget you.
