'Minnie & Josie' as they call their Duo, are dedicated to live music.
Among Minnie's musical influences are American Jazz, Brazilian, Classical, and Latin American music. Performing music since 1970, today she teaches Voice and Spanish.
In the mid 80's Minnie won Billboard Magazine's Latin Songwriter Award for three straight years, 1989 to 1991.

Jose, (known as Josie) started in music in 1961.
Born in the Caribean, he was always exposed to European, American, Brazilian, and even Middle Eastern and African music.
He studied Music Education at the Inter-American University of P.R., and also graduated from the Guitar Institute of Technology in L.A.
Josie absorbs music from every style, but the four "B" supergroups, (Beach Boys, Beatles, Byrds, and Bee Gees) were the main inspirations in his youth.
But Motown, Rodgers & Hammerstein, Tony Bennett, Nelson Riddle, Nat King Cole, Mantovanni, the two Jimi's, (Hendrix and Page), and many other artists, have influenced his taste for music.
