Yep, nobody likes 'em, but you gotta have rules. We don't have a lot anyways, so would it really take that much out of you to read AND FOLLOW them?
K, here they are:

1. Must love Foaly from the Artemis Fowl trilogy. (err, duh.)
2. No hate/porn/etc. sites.
3. Must list country on form. If in UK, be specific.
