FHF was established on 3 1/2 acres near downtown Cincinnati in 2001. We've since expanded to our 14 acre farm here in Goshen.
We offer riding lessons, boarding, and hoof rehabilitation using natural barefoot trimming methods. We plan to offer many other equine related educational opportunities in the future - stay tuned!
Here at FHF we believe in letting our horses be horses. They are outside as much as possible, and we strive to help them develop mentally as well as physically in their training. A happy, confident, comfortable horse is much better company then a sullen, resistant, uncooperative horse!
We also believe that riding is much more than just a physical activity. Horses help teach us patience, consistency, responsibility, and self confidence. The physical, mental, and emotional benefits of riding are seemingly endless.
