Shipping is not as easy as it seems!

The United States Post Office has rules

• weight limits
• size restrictions
• packaging restrictions
• content restrictions

In Order to simplify things, some guidelines on policies

1. We ship within three business days after payment is complete
2. Holidays and Sundays do not count as a Business day (USPS closed)
3. All items are packaged tight and secure without damage/to prevent damage
4. Accidents and poor mail handling does occur, so some items are required to be insured
5. Books and Media items are mailed via Media Mail, unless otherwise stated or requested (additional cost may apply)
6. Books and Media items are Pay one full shipping cost and combine all other media items bought in the same time at 1$ per item
7. Lots can be combined for actual shipping weight
8. All Items shipped by Happy Snappy Magazines are shipped with a confirmation number! This is not an option It is a service already figured into the shipping cost
9. Confirmation numbers helps protect Us and You the buyer from fraudulent actions
10. We use the United States Postal Service, Experience shows that it is the most reliable/cost effective way to ship unless, mailing restrictions apply (size, weight)
11. Shipping/Delivery times depends on the USPS! media can take up to 10 days or more so be patient! Once the item leaves my hands and goes to the PO it is up to them to get that package to you! Another Great reason why I provide a confirmation number!
12. If you would like to track your item please email me and I will send you the confirmation number for you to have!

2. postal money orders
3. cash- must be sent with confirmation for you protection
4. Pay-pal- Please be aware that when you send an e-check through paypal it can take up to 5 days or more for those funds to transfer to my account.  
5. For "other" options please contact me prior to bidding or buying
6. International buyers are welcome however they must have a paypal international account

Payment Instructions!

1. I am flexible as long as you communicate with me!!! My email is always open and you will get a timely response
2. You will receive payment options with the invoice, including my address and paypal address!
3. Do to past horrific experiences I will not post my phone number!
4. Payment is expected to be complete in 7(seven) days! Please don``t bid or buy if you can not pay!
5. Items will not be shipped until payment is complete! (please see paypal payments above)
6. If payment is not complete or If I do not receive contact from you I will send you ONE reminder and give you (2)days to respond! If I do not hear from you I will report you as a non-paying-bidder/buyer! No if``s and``s or But``s about it!
7. Remember I can be flexible as long as you communicate with me!
