PARENTS-
Wed Night- July 29th at 8:00
We will have a meet and greet in the band room for all parents with children participating in Marching Band. This will be an info section to go over the functioning of the boosters, the calendar, fundraising, and other information about the marching band and participation. Refreshments will be provided and parents are welcome to come early to watch some of the evening's rehearsal.
STUDENTS
Here is some more complete information for everyone in the Marching Flucos-
1. Check the calendar page on this website. It has all of our rehearsals/performances and the start of pep band!
2. Next year's band trip is going to be to Atlanta, GA for a festival, watching the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, a day in Six Flags, and a trip to the Georgia Aquarium! Info will be coming out ASAP when marching band and school starts.
3. Start practicing! Staying away from your horn all summer will make it difficult to come back with strong chops. Keep training those chops all the time! If you don't use it, you loose it.
4. Thursday Practices- If you're not able to make them, just drop me a line so I don't freak out and give you a call thinking you're not being part of the band. If you're in town, come in so we can have some fun!
