Our beautiful house is just off highway 27 only 5 minutes from the 192 and just 20 minutes to Disney in an area called Davenport.  The house has been furnished with top of the range furniture.  The formal lounge is decorated with marble topped  lamp, coffee and dining tables with comfortable sofas and chairs. In the kitchen you will find every utensil you will need plus an ice and water dispensing fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboards and storage space. The nook has a dining table and chairs plus four bar stools. The family room has a large sofa which can comfortably seat 8 or more people; this room comes furnished with glass topped lamp and coffee table, a full sized Television with Cable TV, video/DVD player and CD Hi Fi . There is a laundry room directly off the kitchen containing a large washer and seperate drier, iron and ironing board.

There are four bedrooms on the second floor which are as follows:

Bedroom 1 - King Size Four-poster bed with chaise lounge and other bedroom furniture. The en suite bathroom comes with bath tub, seperate shower cubicle, and double wash basin. Linked to this room is a walk in closet, with rails and overhead storage and also a wall safe

Bedroom 2 - King Size bed with fully fitted walk in closet and fitted with luxury bedroom furniture. This room also has an en suite bathroom with bath/shower

Bedroom 3 - Twin room with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside furniture. Included in this room is a Playstation 2 console and monitor

Bedroom 4 - Twin room with built in wardrobe, fitted furniture

Family Bathroom - Fully equiped bathroom with bath/shower, and storage cupboard

All rooms have TV's, and bathrooms containing haridryers.

The patio area has 28' x 14' pool and spa; both of which can be heated together or individually(see charge rates).  There are also sun loungers and table and chairs for your comfort.

The house is non smoking and there are no pets allowed.
