For orders up to $8.00 --- $2.00
For orders $8.01 to $15.00 --- $4.00
For orders $15.01 to $25.00 --- $6.00
For orders $25.01 to $50.00 --- $8.00
We ship via US Postal Service to USA.
Insurance and delivery confirmation are optional and cost extra (up to $2.55).
In our experience, it's unusual for packages to be lost in the mail. But if you have any concerns, we encourage you to purchase insurance. We can not be responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail.
FAQs (frequently asked questions)
Q: I placed my order; what happens now?A: We'll verify that the items you want to purchase are still in stock, and send you an e-mail confirmation. The e-mail will also contain the amount you owe. Prompt payment is greatly appreciated & helps make things go smoothly for everybody.
Orders typically ship within 48 hours of receiving full payment.
Q: I *love* one of the fabric patterns shown in the photos. How do I get it?
A: Every effort is made to fill customer requests for specific prints or fabrics. If the one(s) you want are no longer available, we'll let you know. If need be, you can adjust your order at that time.
Here at flip4nip we get fun new prints on a pretty regular basis, and as we do we'll update our photos to show as many of them as we can.
Q: Can I pay by check?
A: In fairness to all of our customers, we prefer not to have to hold orders while we wait for a check to clear. Many items are in limited quantities or are even one of a kind.We are also unable to accept credit card payments. (except thru Paypal, of course)
Q: What if my cat toy order comes to more than $50?
A: Well, first let me say that we appreciate your business!
For TOY orders over $50 please contact us @ flip4nip. We will work with you to ship your order in the most economical way possible.
Q: I live in Canada. How can I get in on these great deals?
A: If your order is under 4lbs, it can be shipped via First class mail, which is about the same as it costs to ship via Priority mail in the states. However, larger orders can be quite expensive to ship. Please contact us for more information.
