A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

The second amendment isn't the right of citizens to hunt. It is not the right to protect oneself from home intruders.
This is the intent:
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably
the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute
Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such
Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security. --Declaration of Independence
Treason! Crazy skinheads! Bolsheviks! No, your Founding Fathers.
Don't like guns?
Believe in gun control?
Fine. Then may there be a movement to remove the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States. Until then, however, any law regulating the right to keep and bear arms in any manner is unconstitutional.
In the age of automatic weapons and grenade launchers, is the second amendment outdated? Is it unnecessary? Is it harmful? Whatever it is, it is the law of the land; it is the Constitution. So remove the second amendment if you must... but he who forgets the past is condemned to repeat it.
