NEWS: The first post in a long time... 11:15 PM CST

Man, I've been away from this site from way too long. Sorry, everyone. Anyway, in case you haven't read in the forums, Eric finally filled up the memory storage of his Xbox. In his own words-

What do they mean when they say 50,000+ blocks? Well here is your answer. After box and box of cds I have finally filled my Xbox to capacity. 311,852 my friends, 311,852 blocks is the number of blocks my xbox can hold.

NEWS: Another Site Update 5:33 PM CST

The stats are finally working again. Apologies to everyone who was waiting for them to come back online. Hopefully this should be the last time I need to mess with them. Other than that, there are a few new features I didn't post about yet, including the Bungie Webcams. So go check everything out, and don't forget to check back often over break... Josh, Eric and I are planning on doing some improvements to the site (I think).

So last night, Mike and some of the other guys on our dorm floor were playing Xbox Live. They captured the flag twice (and won), but get this: they tried to do it without firing a shot. Now, actually, they did accidentally shoot three times, and one of them connected, but it was only a SMG shot. One shot, two flag captures. Amazing.

Well, the end of the semester is finally drawing near. Just three more final exams- Chemistry, World of the Arts and Biology. They're all killers, but with a little help from a friend called Red Bull I think I should be able to make it through. But concerning the site, this week might be skimpy on updates, although I did fix the stats programs on the members page so it's useable again. Good luck to everyone who's taking exams this week.

NEWS: Eric, You're Going To Love Me... 8:21 PM CST
Here's the deal. A while ago, Eric asked me to create a way for everyone to check their personal Xbox Live Stats right on the site (not just their recent game stats, but their calculated overall stats). Well, it took me a while- scratch that, it took me a freakin' long time- but I've finally gotten it to work. It's a flash program, so if you don't have it, you're going to want to get it for this. Go and see them on the Directory page. Seriously, guys, this is the coolest thing I've ever done with the site and the best reason yet for coming here.

So my brother and I finally signed up for Xbox Live on Friday, and we had a blast this weekend with it. If you don't know it yet, our tag is A Big Spoon, so add us to your Friends. NEWS: I Hear Florida's Nice This time Of Year 10:54 AM CST
Last night, something incredibly awesome happened to Mark Daniels and Chris Roginski, a friend of ours from our building. I was over at a friend's dorm watching a movie, and another friend called me at about 11:45 to tell me about a dance that was going on in Whitewater where they were giving away a free trip for two to somewhere in the U.S. for this weekend at midnight. Apparently, there were only five people there. I have stuff to do this weekend, so I figured I'd call Mark, who was at my dorm, and tell him to go. So he and Chris went and paid five bucks each to get into the dance. By the time midnight rolled around, apparently there were about eighteen people in all, but they drew a name and it was Chris's. So he got to choose one person in the room to go with him on an all-expense-paid trip to Orlando (with free passes to Universal Studios). So Mark left our dorm at about 1:00 this morning to go home and pack because they were going to be leaving at 4:00 this morning. They should have landed by now (their flight was at 7:30), and be basking in the Florida sun. I'll post pictures sometime after they get back on Sunday. Pretty freakin' cool though, huh?
