Athlete's foot is form of a ring worm. It usually attacks the skin between the toes and under the toenails. If not treated promptly, it can cause an itching rash on other parts of the body Athlete's foot causes the skin to itch, blister and crack and as a result leaves it vulnerable to more serious infections formed by other organisms.
