This video is the KEY to weight loss. This is how I kept my weight off for over 10 years, after being overweight almost all of my life. I call this the "Weight Watchers on Steroids, Eat What You Want and Still Lose Weight Diet." As soon as I get you losing weight, then we will start going over better food choices, healthy habits, how depression affects weight loss, taking supplements, and latest diet pills/fads.

Question: How do we find out how many calories foods have?
Answer: Check every food's nutrition label, and be sure to watch the portion size. For foods that don't have a food label, any paperback calorie book will work. You can find these at most grocery stores, Wal-Mart, Target and also any bookstore. You can also find this information online. Our member, Karen, found this website for us: www.nutritiondata.com.
