A few months ago I discovered the love of making soap right here at my home. After friends and family have been raving about them, I thought I could very well open a site and offer my products!
I like to use a variety of Glycerin bases, ranging from clear vegetable to Shea Butter or Goat Milk and add skin safe fragrance oils as well as safe colorants, herbs, spices and mica, which is a natural mineral colorant that impacts a glittery sheen to the soaps.
Handmade glycerin soaps are much better for your skin than commercial soaps. Commercial soaps are filled with chemical substances, which are irritating to the skin.
BENEFITS OF GLYCERIN SOAP:
Glycerin is a humectant, drawing moisture to your skin, allowing it to
remain hydrated and soft. Beyond hydrating your skin, glycerin is also
known to be a natural remedy for yeast and fungal infections, such as
eczema and psoriasis. It is especially good for sensitive skin.
Glycerin soap does not contain synthetic ingredients that will cause
skin irritations. It keeps your skin looking AND feeling healthy and
soft. Glycerin soap is especially good for sensitive and delicate skin,
and for children.
As of this moment I'm mainly doing custom orders as I cannot afford making lots of soap bars that sit at my shelf, unwanted..
