Thinking about visiting the North Carolina coast and going to the beach to have a little fun. You still may not know what beach to visit yet, well we will give you some different scenarios on the different beaches.

Carolina Beach, one of North Carolinas fastest growing beaches and best fisheries. It is known as the worlds best flounder fishery, as Carolina Beach is located by Snows Cut, where the Cape Fear River and Carolina Beach combine to give you a vast majority of fishing range and bait options. Abundant inshore are flounder, drum, trout, as well as a few other species. Carolina Beach offers many nearshore wrecks for flounder, Grey trout, King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Tarpon, Cobia, and lots of Sharks. Then the Offshore fishing is no dissapointment, with ledges for grouper and snapper and pelagics like King Mackerel, Mahi-Mahi, Sailfish, and wuite a few more open water fish.

Wrightsville beach is next up the coast, and the most crowded due to its local by the city of Wilmington. The waters are a nice Carolina Blue and provide great fishing oppourtunities. The fishing opportunities are the same as Carolina, as they are a mere seven miles apart down the North Carolina coast.
