The Young Marines program promotes the mental, moral and physical development of boys and girls ages 8-20. Young Marines build pride and leadership through challenging events such as camping, close order drill, swimming, land navigation and many others. They can earn promotions and ribbons, and travel to national schools or encampments with other units. Our greatest satisfaction is in helping kids develop greater self-esteem, discipline, and self-confidence. Check out the units in the First Battalion of the Texas Young Marines.
