Minimize that and go to google and type: IPSWIN. Go there and download it and then minimize it. Then go to VBA and click open, drag the ROM ( THe game you downloaded) in the file. Then run ipswin and put The name of the ROM then . gba then go to the lower file and type the name of the game. ips.
