Our caregivers provide personal care & other related services both for an elderly client and/or for a young client with disability. They are professionally trained with a high level of skill & competence & human formation.
They have the ability to deliver skilled & competent care to clients, make decisions based on sound judgment, & moral criteria, understand human nature in its various manifestations, communicate well, and work cooperatively in a team.
They are caregivers who are reliable, compassionate, trustworthy, patient, caring, and able to speak in the client’s language.
Their training is well-rounded: lectures are given in modules, interspersed with laboratory sessions, which are hands-on practicum classes where the student can practice their skills before they are sent to specific care institutions for their on-the-job training where they will be able to practice there acquired skills in an actual setting.
