Anglo-Catholicism is, by and large, pretty amiable and tolerant for the cults of Christ. In parts, its congregation can be Unitarian or even bordering on Neo-Pagan (I know one Episcopalian Priest who discusses problems with the North Wind and makes offerings to the Goddess at certain wells. The locals call him Myrddin and he's pretty universally beloved by all segments of his small community).
The "problem children" of the Anglican Communion are the African Churches, who have a fundamentalist stance closest in form to some of the Charismatic and extreme Baptist sects of protestantism.
The bulk of mainstream Anglicanism is bracketed by the likes of Bishop John Shelby Spong at one end and Anglo-Catholics who come close to revering the Pope at the other.

For the interested I'd recommend getting on to
John Shelby Spong's mailing list. He usually has something interesting to say in his Q&A mailings.

The Unofficial JSB Fan SiteJSB WikiI'd recommend his books too, if you have the disposable income...
