History
Dimetri Nikolas Kamarov was born in on April 8, 1962 in Kiev, Russia. When he was old enough he joined the Russian military eventually making his way into the Soviet General Staff's Main Intelligence Directorate; spetsialnoe naznachenie, also known as SPETSNAZ. He spent many years working doing covert counter terrorist work and wet works. In 1986, he disappeared for five months, when he resurfaced, he was known as the Russian Hero: Notok. After the end of the cold war, Notok joined the UN sanctioned organization known as Peacemaker. He changed his codename to Flux, after getting tired of explaining the meaning of his codename.
