FHS Class of 1993

12/01/08:  From Jeff Crysler (edited for length):  I joined the Army right out of high school.  I am still in the Army to this day with a short two year break of service.  I have been around the world...stationed in Mannheim Germany, Fort Lewis, WA (Seattle/Tacoma), Fort Knox, KY (Louisville), Camp Casey, Korea (by the DMZ), Fort Leonard Wood, MO (Lake of the Ozarks), Guantanamo Bay Cuba, and now Fort Leavenworth, KS (Kansas City)...I am currently a Captain and the Commander of the 35th Military Police Company and love it...My wife and I are expecting our first child in just a few short months...it's a boy and we are excited.  Reach Jeff on myspace at www.myspace.com/cpt_jeff or by email jeffrey.crysler@us.army.mil.

10/17/08:  From Wesley Smith: I became a Michigan State Police Trooper in 1998 and have been assigned to the Manistee Post since then.  I ran into a couple classmates a few years ago at the Low Bridge access site (you know who you are!).  I currently live in Wellston with my wife Traci (a social worker).  I missed the 15 year reunion but Jamie Bullis said it was a good one.  See you in 5 years!!

07/28/08:  From Brandi (can't Mock me anymore) Johnson...I loved seeing the pictures of all of you who were able to attend the 15 year class reunion!  I wish I could have been there but we were out of town.  I plan to make it to the 20 year class reunion in hopes of seeing Todd and Josh sing karaoke in person!  Here's my update:  I live in the big town of Twin Lake and work at Gerber Memorial Health Services in Fremont.  I married Ken Johnson (class of '94) and we have two boys, Taylor (7) and Ethan (4) who keep our lives very interesting to say the least!  johnsonmail97@aol.com

07/24/08:  Carrie (Huffman) Schugars recently found us online and sent in an update:  After Freshman year, I moved to Benzie County.  I graduated from MSU in '99 and then moved to Traverse City where I met my husband, Eric. We both worked in broadcasting at a local television station.  We married in 2005.  Now, he teaches social studies and coaches football at Traverse City Central High and I am a product manager for a towing and benefits program at a collector vehicle company.  We have a daughter, Hayden, who was born in March.

07/21/08:  Alicia Moe writes:  I have recently moved from Carmel California to Lake Tahoe, NV.  I was promoted to Resort Manager at the Hyatt High Sierra Lodge (Vacation Club/Timeshare).  I have been with the Hyatt Corporation for 10.5 years and still living the single life.  I keep active with white water rafting, hiking, horseback riding, and maybe this summer a little golf, only time will tell, with the new position in all. 

07/21/08:  Christy (Kooistra) Mack lives and works in Grand Rapids as the Director of Marketing for Clear Channel Radio West Michigan.  She is recently divorced with no children, and is a Taurus that enjoys long walks on the beach… LOL! :)  But seriously sorry I missed the reunion - looked like a fun time!

05/29/08:  Barb (Dastick) Robinet lives in Belmont, MI and is married to Jason (since 2002). She has two children, Zoe Jane (born April 2005), and Ezekeil (Zeke - born March 2007).  She and her husband are physical therapists at Health Motion Physical Therapy in Rockford. 

04/04/08:  Chris Casey now lives in Hudsonville.  He is married to Sara and has two children, Natalie (20 months) and Kyle (4 years).  He works at Priority Health in Grand Rapids. 

03/30/08:  Wendy (Lowdermilk) Larvick is married to Aaron (since 2002) and has one daughter, Sophia Elizabeth (born 2005).  They live in Lansing, Michigan on the east siiiide.  Wendy works downtown as a legislative assistant to a state representative and enjoys pretending to be competent in web design.
