FHE is a Prattville-based support group for families in the tri-county area. We are not a legal covering/school. We advise each family to enroll in the church school of their choice in accordance with Alabama law. Check out our Resources page. We do try to offer educational and social opportunities for children and parents alike.
We are strictly a VOLUNTEER organization. Each year our clubs, field trips, etc. are scheduled based on our membership's willingness to organize/lead or lend a hand. Whatever your talents, skills or time allowances, there is a group ministering to homeschooling place to volunteer! Membership in FHE inclues a yearly fee of $10.00, payable upon admission of your completed registration form. However, if you or someone you know would like to be a part of FHE, but are unable to pay the registration fee right away, arrangements can be made. Don't let that stop you from participating in the group! |
