Welcome, and thank you for visiting us! If you are a Seinfeld fan, you likely know the episode "The Strike". This episode features an entertaining holiday called "Festivus". For more information regarding Festivus, I have added links for further education.
One of the cornerstones of Festivus is the "Airing of The Grievances"- which allows people during the Festivus holiday to air their personal gripes! The grievances can be personal, "genetic" (like slow drivers in the left hand lane), or anything you simply want to get off your chest!
Each year, my husband Bob and I host a Festivus party to celebrate this unique, if not odd holiday. Many of our friends and fellow festivus fans are unable to get to Florida to enjoy airing their grievanaces in person. So, last year I developed a website to offer others (people we know and many we don't) an opportunity to celebrate this aspect of Festivus online.

Additionally, Bob and I combine our Festivus party with a fundraiser for Lupus, a serious autoimmune disorder that can be fatal. It is a horribly debilitating disease, and one that my younger sister Meg has. This year, the funds we raise will go to a non for profit agency that promotes and funds research for Lupus.
