The Code of Conduct

While playing on Felucca Reborn please abide by the following rules.
1. Bugs and Exploits
The presence of bugs and exploits is a serious issue. The use of a bug or exploit could do great damage to Felucca Reborn and put your game play as well as the game play of others in jeopordy. Please handle this situation responsibly, there will be no mercy for those who choose not too.

1a. Players are required to inform a staff member if they possess the knowledge of a bug or exploit. Distributing the knowledge of a bug or exploit will result in the banning of the offender.
1b. Using a bug or exploit will result in the immediate banning of the offender.
1c. Rewards will be given for the reporting of bugs based on their potential danger to the shard's stability and game play. If you would like to receive a reward for reporting a bug you must email Admin Prig after reporting a bug to whatever staff member may be available at the time.

Player Conduct
Players are expected to rule themselves and conduct themselves maturely. A staff member will not intervene in a situation involving harassment like "reskilling" or verbal attacks. If a player is offending you and you are powerless to silence him or her, leave the area.

2a. Player and/or guild names that are offensive (racial slurs, lewd, slanderous, defamatory, discriminatory, etc) are strictly prohibited. A new name will be chosen by the staff member handling the situation and repeated offenses will result in jail time and eventually the banning of the offender.
2b. Spamming in the presence of a staff member will result in squelching and jail time for repeated offenses. It is also illegal to have a macro that spams a repeated phrase at the West Britain bank or in the presence of a staff member (for instance a macro that repeatedly says guards or even a snooping macro).
2c. Advertising other servers anywhere within the Felucca Reborn community will result in the immediate banning of the offender.
2d. Blocking ghosts from resurrecting is prohibited. Those caught doing so will be jailed.
2e. Blocking access to a public area through the use of house placement or static items is prohibited. The offender will be warned once then given jail time eventually followed by a banning should the offense be repeated.

3. Staff and Player Interaction
It is expected that staff and players treat each other with a mutual respect despite any personal differences that might be present between the two parties. It is understood that both players and staff are vital for the success of a shard thus both should be given the proper time and consideration they deserve. However, Felucca Reborn asks a lot of their staff members so please be patient and respectful when interacting with a member of the staff.

3a. Aggressive actions are prohibited in the presence of a staff member unless given consent from that staff member to continue. Breaking this rule hinders the staff's ability to deal with in-game issues swiftly and smoothly and will result in jail time for the offender.
3b. Staff members will never interfere with game play. Staff members provide support through the use of the help menu. A staff member will never assist a player that is otherwise able to assist himself. For example, a staff member will not teleport a player to Britain if they are not completely stuck and a staff member will never oversee player to player trades.
3c. Harassment of a staff member is a serious offense. Verbally attacking a staff member through insults and accusation is prohibited. If a player feels he was treated unfairly or feels a staff member overstepped their power, they are asked to file a formal complaint by emailing Admin Prig.
3d. Impersonating a staff member is a bannable offense. Please do not pretend or joke on this issue.

4. Macroing and Legal Tools
Please abide by the following rules for third party programs. Keep in mind that some issues with unattended macroing are covered in different sections (for example no spamming at the Britain bank).
4a. Unattended macroing is permitted on Felucca Reborn, though bots are discouraged. Do not be offended if your bot ends up in a weird place with a weird hair cut. You have been warned.
4b. The following programs are legal on Felucca Reborn: EasyUO, Razor, and the Krioss Client. Speed hacking is illegal and the offender will be immediately banned.

5. Account Security
A staff member will never request your account information ingame. On the rare occasion that a staff member requests such information it will be done by an Administrator only via email. Do not distrubute your password to players. Staff will only recover account information if the account in question registered for the account insurance program. Please read about the program here

These rules may be subject to change. The Staff of Felucca Reborn reserves the right to add, delete, and edit rules as they see fit.
