Starlight Blaak was born over two hundred years before King Arthur was lain to rest, in the cave where his parent's pack dwelt. His parents were Andako and Grestal of the Avalon Pack, a group of seven besides the new arival that was Blaak. He was brought up within the pack, each member revering him for his own unique ability. Each member of the pack had been blessed with a virtue at birth, and his had been the blessing of understanding. But as blaak grew, he began to find it as somewhat of a curse. His ability was that to see and understand the thoughts of those around him. This meant that whoever he was around would influence his own thoughts, giving him very little free will or even the ability of free thought. His normal, green and purple Fey eyes turn to a blood red when this is happening to him, making him in this way absolutely different from any creature of Avalon. This ability made him find pleasure in solitude, although he dearly loved the members of his pack.
He later met a wolf blessed with the gift of Peace, one by the name of Aunoria. He fell in love with her peice of mind and soothing thoughts, which were a contrast from most in the pack. She in turn fell for the difference of his eyes, and his ability to simply understand her. They became mates soon after meeting, and lived happily for a hundred years. They were expecting their first child, and twelfth member of the pack, when the humans arrived, and avalon fell.
Blaak rememebrs little of what happened, after so many years of trying to shut it out of his memory. He does remember that Aunoria was killed, as well as most of his pack, right before his very eyes. He remembers the blades, the arrows, the fire, and the blood, but besides that, he knows nothing. Not of how he escaped, not to where he fled...nothing...
He woke up in the world of man, searched for food, and met Morgan. At first he was repulsed by her happy nature, but he soon grew to adore her as a little sister, when he learned that she had oen of the roses of avalon in her care. It was then that he formed the knights of the pale rose. He protects the world of man, depist how much he hates those who dwell there, and their deeds. He does it, because he want's to keep the good that existed in avalon alive, even in this strange world that is new to him.
Blaak is quiet, but not shy. Easily hostile, he doesnt make friends well, automatically sensing their true motives. Hugely protective of what he loves, he watches over Morgan like a hawk, as if she was his family. He mas a *ahem* crush if you wil call it that, on Rei(an anime character from a popular show) who shares his blazing red eyes and the blue that streaks across his coat. He is often calm, retaining that ability from Aunoria, hard to anger, but easy to annoy. His only loves now are Morgan, The rose bush, Stars, and snow. :)
