~FCCA~

~FCCA~ just came as a random clan I made up in 2006 and the meaning was just as random when I saw what Halo was at the time which was a good place for hackers to come and go into servers so I came up with the name Federal Correctional Complex Agency (after seeing it next to the highway and I added Agency after it) and our common goal is secured ~FCCA~ servers. There has however been reports of another ~FCCA~ clan in an old Blizzard game which is not us. At the time I didn't like doing clans until I came up with some ideas for the clan and how to not just make the most secured servers on our servers, but to get people involved and do something that everyone likes and enjoys. Here we believe in democracy and you can give us ideas and we will ask the other members and do our very best in providing and succeeding at what helps you do better in a clan. We get great ideas everyday and here we don't beleive in clan wars because everyone is in a community where we can work together and learn from each other. We also don't have ranks like any other clan instead the only way you can be an administrator though is that you be a computer programmer, make websites, etc. Everyone starts on rank 2 then can go to an administrator after that. I can teach programming so you can start developing software for the clan, this clan however doesn't just make it's own software, but distributes them to other clans. When you join ~FCCA~ you automatically become a BETA tester for our clans projects. As some of you already know we have made a clan OS which was made by the clan and the clan doesn't come up with ideas by themselves, they also come from people who want to see something new. Our clan operating system is Fiklin (I would suggest Fiklin Neon which was created for over a year and is still being worked on.), our programmers have a chance to create it themselves and the BETA testers have the right to see how it works before it goes public. I am currently working with the ~FCCA~ admins to help make a clan organization tool to keep track of clan members. However this type of clan was only created by us and is still experimental. We will soon support Ghost Hunting for the clan and we will try our best to achieve it. Anyone is free to join ~FCCA~ without any limitations for everyone has the same rights as everyone else so no one fights over what because I heard that almost everyone was begging to be an administrator and they wouldn't give them the rank so they just left, if you want something here all you gotta do is ask and I will do my best to make you happy anyway that I (we) can. I (we) offer free programming languages, free tutorials, programs we make, and source codes, etc. to help you get you familiar with everything the programming language provides.
