Yea, I realize I've been neglecting the site a wee bit. Haha. It's just too much stuffs been going on I guess. Ohy. ._.Well I have quite a few things to update. And that drawing, Unquestionable Loyalty awhile back, I did color it a long time ago but also never got around to posting it here. I am busy with my DA page too, so yeah. I am also in the works of coloring another drawing, but no one else really knows about, and I think its going to end up taking me a good 50 hours to do or more because, no tablet and this thing has a background, and its a night scene so hella yeah it's gonna take me awhile.
I was also in a bit of a slump with my arty things for a bit too and I recently had exams. >_o
And for the first two tags below, yeah they ARE from the same background. I made it initially with a chick, decided that I could do better and didn't want the BG to go to waste so I thought I'd do that request that's been waiting to be done, and they wanted that dude Golf from Golf & Mike... Actually, I don't even know if that guy is Golf or Mike... I just guessed. XD Anyway, I told him I was finished but never came back to work on it really... Couldn't really see what else to add. And well I loved the background so much I thought I'd shove a Hizumi (D'espairsRay) in there too... For me of course. Ohy, I try not to steal the requests, but sometimes its just argh! MUST HAVE. X)
Cloud one was also a request. The picture was from some DA work Plassy gave me, and well, I honestly thought I was gonna fail at making it into a tag because the original image was already as wicked, but turns out I changed it quite a bit. I basically deleted all of the background and did my own in the tag and tried to do the aura/flame thing. I was aiming at trying to add depth nowadays to my stuff.
The fourth one with the Final Fantasy Versus XIII dude was just working for a a small tag contest at another forum. I did it a really long time ago but didn't want to post it everywhere as the tags are supposed to be anonymous when presented to voters. I was REALLY in the artist block at the time, but I just wanted to win at least once. I'm not really active there too much. I was, but it kinda died for me because I didn't really like the staff there or their rules. I come back from time to time, but not for long. I didn't think I'd whore Versus as a way to gain voters either, but I hadn't really worked with any Final Fantasy stocks for a long time (the Cloud one came after as a request). I got some inspiration from as you guessed, the Unquestionable Loyalty drawing, you may see some similarities with a pseudo-horn-like shape and the spiky hair-likeness on the back of his head. Sometimes, I like to make cropping a bit easier and at the same time cooler by just redrawing the area and remixing it with some patterns and lines. Yeah, the entry did win. X) I'm glad. Thanks again to all the voters!
The fifth Ruki (the GazettE) one, was also while I was in an artist rut around the same time. I needed a new tag real bad that I wanted to wear, and tried hard to push something out that was decent. Not really happy with it, but seeing it with my other tags adds a sweet extra flavor.
And the Tsukasa (D'espairsRay) avatar, I just wanted to work with that picture again. If I can get a poster of that photo, I would because it is ultimately probably the best photo of Tsukasa and I wish there were more of him like that. They haven't had any recent photos that impressed me or that I really liked unfortunately... Or they were just a couple group photos... Recently to me, D'espairsRay seems to have been pushed aside by the recent J-Rock magazines like Shoxx to make way for Alice Nine I've noticed. I don't like Alice Nine too much at all. They just look hot, otherwise, I hate Shou's voice and the band just doesn't seem to creative to me.

Did some minor pruning with the site and deleted the old updates on this page so it'll load faster for those who don't have high speed internet.

Wow! I've managed to keep up at least the update once a month deal pretty good. But is it just me, or do those months sure fly by rather quickly, hrm? Well I got some drawings to put up. I've actually been dead on DeviantArt as well, but recently updated there and have a few drawings to show, however I am only going to update on the site the major one. Click picture below for original view, a window will pop up for it. I sized it down on the page so it would fit, however it looks jaggy because of that.
