American Association of University Women

The American Association of University Women is a national organization which offers scholarships, action for gender equity, and support for personal and professional growth, community leadership, and friendship.

Founded in 1881, AAUW now represents over 150,000 supporters of higher education for women across the United States. The Association is also part of the International Federation of University Women (IFUW) with members in 67 countries around the world. At state, national and international levels, AAUW values and seeks members of every race, creed, age, national origin, sexual orientation, and level of physical ability. Learn more about AAUW.

Members of the Farmers Branch/Carrollton branch of AAUW enjoy the opportunity to meet other professional women in our regular meetings, book groups and social gatherings. We meet at various locations in the Farmers Branch, Carrollton and Addison areas.

To learn more about our branch, e-mail Delryn Fleming a delryn@verizon.net.
