How To Upload Brushes - This is pretty self explanatory, but, you do need to know that this tutorial is for Adobe Photoshop users only.
Blurred Text on Icons/Avatars - This tutorial will teach you how to use radial blur to make an animated icon with blurred text on it. PSP translatable.
Icon Blur - This tutorial is a different version of the text blur. Rather than just blurred text, this tutorial blurs the entire icon, giving it a ghostlike effect. PSP translatable.
Flicker Effect - This tutorial shows you how to make an effect similar to a flickering candle on your icon. PSP translatable.
