These are the rules for viewing my graphics. You must read over them and agree to the terms before you are able to view them. By agreeing to the terms, you are agreeing that they are a binding contract and you will follow them. By clicking the "Continue" link below, you are agreeing to my terms and conditions.
1. We both know I didn't make some of the pictures I used for the graphics and I am not asking for monetary gain for using them. However, they are linkware. If you use my graphics, you MUST link back to my website. If using them in forums, then mention that the graphics were made and/or editted by me, Kimberely Lecumberri, or that you got them from Fantasy Design with an active link back.
2. You may e-mail me with requests for custom graphics. However, do not spam up my e-mail address. You also agree not to sell my e-mail address to spam companies for monetary gain. In addition, if you e-mail me with a custom request, only do so once. I get alot of requests and I'm a mother who does this is in her spare time for FREE. Please respect that.
3. If you see someone using my graphics without proper credit, please let me know. If too many people use my graphics without credit, I will shut down this website. Again, I do this for FREE in my spare time.
4. NO HOTLINKING WHATSOEVER!! If you don't know how to upload graphics to your own host, then don't use them. It's that simple. I have a limited amount of bandwith every month and out of respect for me and others who use the graphics, DO NOT HOTLINK! If my bandwith is repeatedly exceeded because of hotlinking, I will shut down this site and/or make all of my images unclickable.
5. Do not claim any images you find here as your own. While I may not have made the original editted image, I did edit it and alot of time and effort went into that. It's just unfair for you to claim something that I spent a ton of time on as your own. If you can't respect that, I'll close down this site.
