I really liked Jennifer Hetrick as Vash on Star Trek: The Next Generation and one episode of Deep Space Nine. She reminded me of a slightly older Courteney Cox--without quite the same sparkle, but with very nice legs (as Worf once commented).
These images are from an episode of Profiler. She looks a bit older here, but what do you expect? I think she ages well.
