Fan stuff

Pamela Sue was a 70s icon, as far as I was concerned. I remember her fondly as TV's Nancy Drew, and I wish that I could have watched her more often. Sadly, we only had one TV set, and my mother was addicted to some stupid family drama that was aired at the same time. Sigh.

She made an appearance on an episode of That 70s Show, playing the Wizard in a pastiche of The Wizard of Oz. She didn't get an special billing, though — no "special guest star" status.  I don't understand why.

The same thing happened when Ron "Arnold Horschack" Palillo made a guest appearance on The A-Team as a co-worker of Amy Allen.  I think that classic TV stars deserve more respect than that.
