 Poor & Forgotten is the creation of Matty Johnson. Matty employs a unique single-page folded format which makes use of every bit of white space and makes his zine appear to be multi-paged. Featuring interviews, photos from punk shows, puzzles, punk rock word searches and rants and raves, Poor & Forgotten epitomizes the true spirit of DIY punk zines.

402 days of freedom, 9 New England hotels, 3 Worcester apartments, 2 cramped tents, & 1 county jail offering complimentary pink sporks & velcro shoes upon entering later, finds this outlawed, native gypsy motherfucking urban pirate shit sheet resurfaced for one more round of one paged ranting. Losing all and any contact with previous readers' wheres abouts & addresses due to such mischeivious activities & asking over a plate of humble pie for all & any such folk to pleade get back in touch. It's been a journey just surviving these travels to maniac mansions & Middle Easts, Club Hells & fiesta shows, emergency rooms and Blackstones, strange creeks & go-go's, to, fro & even beyond. Collecting scars & sounds abound, then subjecting them all at random right here for you, back in black (err, actually an orange jumpsuit) & ready to run off the rust by living by pens & dying by pencils, in other words..welcome.
