FTTG features Walt's personal stories of loss and recovery illustrated with his awesome drawings. Issue #2 includes the tale of Walt's first love affair which reached its climax in an abandoned boy's detention center on a dark and stormy drug-enhanced night.

My eyes must have been as big as saucers as I registered what he was doing there in his room. I felt a hot blush paint my skin an suddenly the rain was no more. Embarrassed, I turned away and hunkered down by the wall as a tingle arced through my body like an electric shock. A small giggle passed my lips but I am not sure why. Maybe it was nerves, maybe a little shame, but I think mostly I was just caught by surprise when I saw that serious clench faced look on my friend's face as he stroked one off.
