At this moment we already have a set of litter. Nevertheless, we are still looking for some more prestigous and good lines to bring home for the program. We do not plan to have lots of litter at a time as we believe that we should cultivate small litters in order for us to understand individual kittens better.
Our Kittens are ready to go to new homes only after they are vaccinated and at least 4 months old. We are not going to release the kittens to any new homes unless we are sure that they are in good health. At this moment all our Adults and Kittens are vaccinated.
As we are very concerned with the welfare of our cats/kittens,exclusive screening will be adhered to. We are not practising any form of discrimination but we are just trying to make sure that our cats/kittens go to good, secure and loving homes.
The Kittens will go to new home based on Quality, Condition and Owner's Intention of having them.
Quality, Condition and Intention:
1. Pet Quality- The Kittens will go to new homes after being Neutered / Spayed before their release to new homes. The new owner should understand that they are only intended as pets and not for showing or breeding.
2. Breed Quality - The Kittens will only go to the new homes only after we are satisfied with the potential owners. We prefer experienced, reputable breeders via recommendation. However, as one of our objective is to create better breeders in this region, we encourage newcomers.
Tip: It will be good if you can understand what a breeder is in the first place and understand all the financial and commitment of venturing into cat-breeding. Therefore it will be an extra bonus is you already have 1 (preferably imported) line in hand and is now looking for another line from us. We would be more than happy to assist you.
3. Show Quality - The Kittens will be released either intact or neutered/spayed. In the case of intact kittens, they will most probably go only to experienced and thrust-worthy breeders.
Pricing differs with regards to items 1,2 or 3, conditions of the kittens and intentions of the new owners. The lowest price will be that of the Pet quality and the highest is Show Quality with Breeding Rights. As for Show Quality (regardless of intact or neutered), if the new owners show and manage to GC the cat with proof in the form of some good pictures, we will be happy to give some rewards such as rebate,cat food, our own cert, features in the web,etc which will be determined later.
All of the kittens will go home only with fair contract which will benefit us,the new owner and also the cat.
These are the terms concerning bookings and sale:Sold-- means paid in full.
Delivered-- means paid in full and delivered to new home
Deposit-- means paid the deposit or start paying the agreed staggered payment
Reserved-- means verbal/ written reserved , no deposit made and will hold the kitten until further updates from the new owner.Normally will hold for 2 weeks b4 made to available again.
Available--available for viewing.
Not For Sale--means that we are keeping the kittens for future studs/queens
We are open to discussion on staggered payments for neutered (2-3x) and/or intact (3-4x) kittens. However, the release of the kittens to their new homes are upon payment completion.
All kittens will receive 2x Vaccination, deworming, and CFA approved certifcation.

The Cat Run connects the Outdoor Cat House to the Indoor Cat House (which is air-conditioned 24/7). This gives the cats full choice at their paws to cool off naturally or with the air-con.The slope that we have here is ideal for them to exercise and keep them fit. We know that a healthy cat is a happy cat!!!!
The Outdoor Cat House is equipped with flight of stairs for our dear ones to climb and spaces for them to practice their 'diving' skills.There is also a special area for them to stretch and 'manicure' their nails.
