An Overview

We are inviting you to send us short tales, stories that are part of your personal and family experience and history.

You (the author) will retain full ownership and copyright of your work.

The stories will be reviewed and those accepted will be posted on the website and included in our database.

Publishers and editors will be invited to peruse our database for stories they wish to publish.

There will no charge for publishing and you will never be required to buy anything.

The top 200 or 300 stories will be included in two annually published volumes:

A. Submissions by adults: Personal & Family Stories for 2004

B. Submissions by youth: Personal & Family Stories by Youth for 2004.

The volumes will be published as print and e-books using Print On Demand through Trafford Publishing of Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Trafford Publishing.

Two Contests will be held for adults and for youth with prizes ranging from $50.00USD to $1,000.00USD. (See the Contest Details Page )

We will provide some minimal editing at no charge (See the Services Page )

No charge will be made for publishing and no one will be required to purchase anything.

The volumes will be offered, prior to the general publication date, at a discount to authors who will be allowed to purchase as many advanced discounted copies as they choose (See the Order Page ).
