My latest find is that Ann Glennon nee Horan, Margaret's sister, has Roscommon as her place of birth on the 1911 census- so Cork may have been a wild goose chase after all! I've got a Margaret daughter of John Horan and Ellen Kilmartin baptised in 1847 in Ardcarn, Roscommon from the IGI records. Any information on Ardcarn would be ace!
