After a walk, they go back to dorms and spend the night together in Spike's room, only holding each other and cuddling. The next morning Elizabeth shares the good news with Willow. Everybody is pretty happy about Elizabeth and Spike starting a relationship although the blond duo doesn't rush into anything. They are perfectly happy with just hanging out together and taking baby steps. It becomes obvious why after their first official date, when comes the time for a conversation about their past relationships, which were kinda messy and painful. Especially Elizabeth has a hard time forgetting the past, and so Spike is going to be the one to fight for her. Meanwhile Thanksgiving approaches and Spike's friends from the dorms are invited for a dinner by Spike's mother. Everybody has a great time, even Spike and Elizabeth, who decided not to tell Joyce about their relationship yet (Elizabeth's decision). However, the couple manages to share a few stolen kisses and looks.The fun mounts when it starts snowing. After a bit of fun, reality comes crushing down on everybody: classes, homeworks, stress and the first signs of tension between Elizabeth and Spike. Their arguments grow more intense as well as their sparring sessions in Tae Kwon Do classes. The only place when Elizabeth can find refuge are her Visual art classes. When the gang goes to the club, it seems that the big fight between Elizabeth and Spike is about to start and it can only lead to one thing...
