One Year Earlier:
Angel and Buffy are together, but she is having an affair with Spike. When he finds out about it, he dreams about when Buffy will get what she deserves. As he walks through the streets, he imagines Buffy seeing Spike with another woman and feel the pain that Angel went through
Present day:
Buffy goes to the Bronze and sees Spike and Drusilla together. Angel has moved on, though he delights in Buffy's misery and still wants revenge on Spike. Eventually he finds Spike with yet another woman and decides this is his chance to even the score
