August 11th "Update"
I will be making a new type of lot: AL Ready. This means this is a lot that is ready to be turned into an apartment for the upcoming expanison, Apartment Life. I am not sure how the mailbox and trashcan aspect will work, but all you have to do is take out the front door and add the special apartment door. Then you use the "changelotzoning" cheat as required and re-zone it as an "Apartment" lot. You are now ready to move in a sim family.
August 8th Update
A Gregorian townhome and a set of outfits (my first attempt at making clothing and it was rather successful I might add)
July 30th Update
A new starter home.
